Half the app doesn't function. Doctor visit was good. Edit: Almost a full year later, the app is still terribly glitchy and not intuitive. Hate it. Wish we had a different option.
The things in the app don't work right half the time and their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE! They take forever to get back with you just to tell you they haven't been able to fix the issue and that's if they get back with you at all. T-R-A-S-H.
Fails to download on my Pixel 5a. I've never seen this. Update: Two months later, it installs now. So I try to Add Card to My Wallet. I type Card Name but can never add a picture or save. Continues to be a waste of my time.
When trying to submit a roadside servixe request the webpage hangs and does not complete. Tried three times.. they take your money but offer no service or customer service . Be aware of this scam.

The mobile app is Incredibly "user friendly" for seniors, of which I am. In addition, I'm not tech savvy, so the ease of use is very convenient and important. Thank you, Careultima!!!
Constantly unable to register and I even tried online on my computer.. I've tried each week for months now! This is terrible and needs to be fixed entirely. Fix this issue so people can actually USE this!
Its a pretty good app but its a pain that they dont list the businesses that use their insurance. Instead I'm spending like 10 minutes searching dentists and eye doctors to find out where they work
App doesn't even install on Android 12. Did all the troubleshooting steps. Rebooted, cleared cache. Pixel 4a 5g
Disaster. Most of times fails log to it. Either change the policy of login or it is useless.
It looks cool. Would be cooler it the buttons did something when clicked.
I can't register, its been more than 6 months that I cannot register i want to cancel this.

Unable to even register! I've tried about 5 or 6 times to register and re-download app, etc., to no avail. It says it'll text me confirmation or email, then technical difficulties. Totally useless!
