My Blue Bird

The app is quite convenient, now we can order BB taxi as convenient as ordering online taxi. However, the app is often lagging, especially on busy hours, and takes long time to update. Also time given to tip is very short and is often missed. When we get off a car and arrive at a destination, we're often busy with belongings and preparation, giving tip is not priority, but I'd myself would love to tip in spare times, but the menu is off already.

App is very unreponsive, barely useful. Sometimes working, but usually don't. Very unreliable. There's no information wether the taxi is coming or not. It usually shows 'finding your taxi' and keep like that for 15-20 minutes. And when I cancel the app order and order via call center for another taxi, then two taxi is coming.

cant understand the logic of this app. tldr; your schedule order feature is useless. i ordered a cab at night for an early trip to airport, at 4.30. the app charged me the fare instantly. i waited until 4.40, nothing happen in the app. i tried to call twice, busy lines. i canceled the scheduled order, just do regular book, and within few mins got the cab. this app is wasting my time.

They reported my review and then it's gone, I don't know how. Anyway, this app is bad if you want to order now, because nobody will be assign to you. It never success. So you always need to do scheduled pick up. Been waiting for an hour, tested it, I already arrived on my destination and the taxi still won't pickup my order. Lol

I did not find it easier to find a taxi with this apps now. I have been using bluebird for transportation. It took me an hour to wait for me to get a driver. Yesterday, after an hour, I still did not get a driver. The customer service did not help at all and answered with fixed template.

Good app, but it will be better if the there's is no time limit for tipping. I've been a loyal customer of Bluebird and I'd like to tip my drivers! 15 mins are too short, sometimes we have to rush when we got to the destination and doesn't remember to check the app again until much later. It would be very much appreciated if you can fix this.

Very bad experience with blue bird apps. I am schedule my ride 7 hours before but at the time, taxi not show up. And when i call to their call center suddenly my order cancelled ( I have evidence that I already order the taxi before its suddenly cancelled by their system) which impacted that I and my wife late to important meeting. Very not recomendded if you have meeting to catch

After the recent update, somehow no driver picked my order. Tried re-ordering several times but the problem remains. No issue ordering blue bird from other apps so there must be something wrong with MyBluebird's system

Stupid app, first it couldn't get me fixed price, which luckily now has been fixed. Second it failed to display message to driver and destination. So I chose a fixed price, destination, and gave pickup instructions to aid the driver in labyrinth of Jakarta Street. The driver didn't get the pickup instructions and the destination. He arrived agitated having gone to wrong street and had no idea where to drive with Rp 34000. He said the operator didn't allow him to cancel. Great, bluebird!

Easy to use and one thing the benefit using Bluebird was we can askes the driver to wait and we didn't need to be rushed, because they charge us with fare meter. More flexible.

Recently it was not so helpfull application. I booked a day before but i still need to contact the call center to got a ride that i have booked.. The.. Call center is also in long que process.. I think u need to improve service otherwise many will complain and convert to other applications

Please, it need some fix or changes on the app. 1. Please make tip available for one or two days. Usually I go check my bills after one day. and giving tips also. I was got shock when the tip only 20 mins after ride. 2. The calls is very very very terrible. The sound not clear. Also the sound got dropped sometimes.

Mybluebird application is dysfunctional app. It does not allow you to register or log in no matter how many time you try. It's messages are full of grammatical errors which leads me to conclude that the app is produced cheaply by unqualified people who are poorly paid. Don't bother wasting your time downloading this dreadful app as you won't be able to register and use itl. Only stupid robot answer you in WhatsApp and send you round in circles. This app should be banned from Google play . 👎👎

The map on app doesn't work realtime,during book service the status driver doesnt show realtime moving.many times driver has come but show in map not moving.

change the time of tipping !! 15 minutes?? come on?! I promised the driver I'd tip through apps !!!! I thought it is going to be like Grabcar / Gocar who can submit the tip even after hours the ride is over. I just read some people also have the same complained 😤

I'm not able to add a card even though I always receive an email (not in English which is my set language) that my card was successfully added. It's not possible to contact anybody via chat, only a dumb chat bot.

I'm having trouble ordering through the app. Since last night untill this day... tried call center does not respond, live chat is also very slow in responding. What's wrong with blue bird??

The newest update is slower than before. Loading to the homepage taking too long. Moreover, I have to wait too long to get the taxi, too long.

I just re install this app. Everytime i try to send email link to change psw, it keeps saying. Your email is not found

It's hard to book Silverbird, and it took a long time than you expected to get a ride using My Bluebird.

Great app to use if you need to find a trusted taxi service. However, please extend the time limit for tipping the driver. The current time limit (15 mins) is too short, since most user need more time - since usually passengers have to do something else after finishing the trip. I recommend 24-72 hours after ride is completed. Thanks.

Always said to input verification code, "we've send verification code to SMS, but it only happen once, then every time I click resend code, it won't send because "unauthorized". Looks like a bug. Then I had to book taxi but when I click Area/From Hotel area not available. Booked from website still the same.

Come on, I've input the verification code and also clicked the link sent to mail. Yet I still need to input another verification code and unable to use the app with this 'Unauthorized' sign. Edit: I had to uninstall, and now I can access the app. You need to fix the bug, since not all user will be aware with this way.

I used Bluebird at Indonesia on my first visit and it worked well. Cabs are easily available and the payment can be done by any credit card

Good app + good service. Downside: giving ratings to drivers is slow, and you are forced to choose or type why the driver is good (even if you give 5 stars). That is too slow + annoying.
