Regarding bluegrass cellular service.....Horrible service ... I have had 26 dropped calls today and it's not even noon. Glad I'm not having an emergency! Pitiful!
It was nice when it worked, now it won't pull up any information on my account no matter what I've tried.
It needs an option to pay bills through the app instead of rerouting to the website. Otherwise, its useful for tracking data usage.
Won't let us create an account.. keeps saying internal Server Error
Doesn't show me anything about my account. Says no data on every tab.
Useless app has not worked for months now
Every time I choose a tab there is nothing shown
Used to work now it doesn't
It won't open at all. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as updating my Samsung s7 device and wether on Wi-Fi or on LTE it just says loading and never opens
Awesome app! It's as handy as a pocket on a shirt!! Love seeing my data usage.
Very usefull
Severely outdated. Bluegrass is about 10 years behind. You can't make account or plan changes online or in the app. You have to drive to a store or call for anything. No 24x7 support. If I could give negative stars, I would. I highly recommend avoiding this carrier.
