The offers are really good! But the application itself is not good! Kindly update the app and make it easy to use. Most of the time it gets error.
Perfect app for good offers. in the first experience I had an issue and Ms.Marie from customer service was very kind and helpful with fast response and fix it immediately. I highly recommend my book for those who love offers around.
I have been using My Book for a month now after seeing their ad. And have realized that it has far more merchants than entertainer which really unexpected!!!
There is an issue while redeem an offer. The voucher no is not shown clearly. It is covered by another text. Please fix it 2019 application was more clear and easy to use
The same problem happened again. the app keep closing by itself when i want to log in. Mybook 2020 is worst. I never face this kind of problem with mybook2019.
I've been using mybook since 2018 and every year I really saved a lot because of this application. Perfect for Filipinos who are conscious with their budget but wants to dine in a good restautant.

Not working, needs maintenance
Edit: I didn't mean the number of offers per restaurant. What I meant was you only have 1 restaurant in the Delivery Offers menu which is pretty much what people use due to pandemic. There are no other restaurants having delivery offers. Isn't it right? Do I miss something? Original: Only 1 (one) delivery offer available?? If that's the case it's pretty useless during the pandemic. If that's a temporary glitch, please update.
