Nice app for paying your bill. I like to input my cc info in each time. It's my preference to Not have that information saved. I don't like that the two boxes are automatically checked before hitting continue. This is nothing new as all businesses try to lead you in the direction that is beneficial to them.

Useless. Have to restart the phone to get it to work. Won't auto authenticate. Won't save passwords, logins, or biometrics. In the of chance you DO get it to load up, you can only see total data used. It used to show tethering data as well, for example.. I'll wait for the next update. If it's not working I'll likely just head back to AT&T. At least I can keep track with their app!

Awesome service for prepaid. I've been with Boost for over a year and can't complain! Any issues that I've experienced with the service or my device has always been settled promptly and professionally. I would recommend Boost to everyone looking for a new provider to give them a try, they have awesome deals for switching over and great phones to choose from. This app makes it easy to navigate their options and connect to the support team instantly when needed.

I think paying monthly payment is easy. Security is good. When signing in apps usually don't require password and fingerprint when have biometrics are turned on. This app requires you to put in both when accessing account, which means no one can access your account with only your password, unless they have your finger.

retrofit2.adapter.rxjava2.httpexception: HTTP 408 request time-out. Hey dish, strait up..if you guys are going to throttle my service so severely, that I can't even pay my bill, then I'm not going to pay it. Same goes for the $200 I owe on the phone through the boost up program. The deal was unlimited data, but it's so slow I can't even use your own app to pay the bill? That error message literally means my connection is too slow to function. Sounds like breach of contract to me.

Meh. Disappointed that Boost cut off my service without notice when a credit card payment failed to process. No text, like, "Hey, we have a problem here! Would you update your damn card info, please?" Only found out when I couldn't call/text out! What if I didn't find out & had an emergency? Everyone isn't comfortable whipping out an instant payment. This is after a long record of timely payment. I deserve a break and a notification, not an instant disconnect the second there is a minor issue

App is never up to date on my data usage and sometimes doesn't work at all even if the app is up to date. It instead gives an error message for days at a time. Since high speed data is NOT unlimited we should be able to check anytime how much is left. Updating review from 2 to 1 star. Problems continue to arise. This company doesn't care about its users and wastes time with half working programs. Customer service gives you the run around because no one knows what's going on.

This is absolutely unconscionable to treat your own customers in this fashion. I've been a loyal customer for more than a decade. I received a credit, because of a loss of service for a partial month (because of a defective brand new phone - PURCHASED AT A BOOST MOBILE STORE YET). Instead of just subtracting the credit from the total monthly charges, Boost Mobile has forced/required me to pay manually. You've shut my phone off, because I have a credit on my account.

The app is super easy and fast. However the highest service they offer is 35 gig high speed...it's not enough for those that work from their devices and view all of their media on their devices. At the end of your "unlimited data" at 35 gigs, the service is so slow you can't sign into your bank, your credit cards, or other needs as the loading is so slow it "times out". Get it together boost!

The current version of the app is pretty stable and useful for basic tasks. More complicated transactions can be completed on the website or with customer service. One problem is that since changing to a new phone and plan on the Expanded Network, my hotspot usage doesn't show; so it's difficult to track how much I have left for the month.

App is simple to navigate & understand, and makes it easy to change plans or add and remove add-ons. I really appreciate having the app to do these things in as opposed to having to pay over the phone or in some other way. Boost offers a great value. I would like to be able to access MyBoost without internet connection for example so I can still pay for more data if my data is out, and I am also not by wifi, but that's my only suggestion.

Price wise, Boost is great. However, the service is crummy. Most of the time I can barely get a signal. I have the unlimited everything family plan, but the data doesn't work. We have to be connected to wifi if we want to go on the internet. Same thing with phone calls. Sometimes there's no signal, the calls may go in and out, and there's lots of static. I'm with boost bc they're that's all I can afford right now.

I paid my bill and the page showing the payment was confusing. I thought my payment hadn't gone through so I did it again then I realized I'd double paid my bill. I called customer service and I thought it was going to be a problem for sure but actually it was no problem at all. The agent was able to reverse the 2nd payment in no time at all. Auto pay is convenient and I get 5.00 per month for using it but with autopay they don't deduct the 5.00. The money just sits there and isn't ever applied.

5 Stars. Ultimately I have never thought of switching. Data usage seems odd some months, sometimes I have data to spare, other times I run out in the first week. Could be user error, but I'm pretty good about my WiFi locations. Please bring back $35 unlimited everything!! Otherwise keep it up.

It was amazing, then got very difficult to use when they changed how buying extras works. And if you got for example an add on like 2gs of data, if you accidentally got the option that isn't a one time buy, it's so difficult to change it later which means you were literally paying extra every month because you couldn't remove the add on!! But now it has gotten BETTER. Please Boost, I liked you from the beginning. Don't let me down again

Updated edit: The app has been buggy lately, I can't view my transaction history, and just now I went to add minutes and it's not letting me change the card I need to make the payment. Frustrated. Also, plan price is high compared to some other providers that I've been looking to switch over to. My service is fine when I'm in certain areas, but when I travel I have terrible service. Changing my 5 stars to 3.

Out of all the cell phone companies I always thought boost was the best when it came to prices, it is easy cheaper than anyone else for the same exact phone plans and on top of that you even gave out more discounts. Except for the phones, you don't have allot to choose from and there aren't any deals given for any of the phones you do have. And I was actually shocked to find out that recently boost had started to overcharge my monthly bill I'm so disappointed

I cannot view my hotspot GB like I could before. They made me chance my phone and when I went to the store to have it exchanged they charged me for something that wasn't required for me to pay.. If it is truly unlimited they need to change their sales pitch. It's not unlimited. I have been with boost for over 10 years.. I think it is time for a new service because Boost is a waste of my time and money.

It's fine, but when I changed my card info I was automatically enrolled in auto pay. I did not want that. Otherwise the app is fine. But Boost Mobile customer service is poor. I called about poor reception I was getting in my home quite often - The lady said there was "was some work that was being done on my tower, I'll switch you another tower, please hold". So I heard a click and hold music. And I was simply transfered to Motorola customer service. They wanted my personal info. Boost sucks.

I'm starting to understand why yall are called boost mobile. Seems like every week I'm having to boost my data pack ( I find this expense unnecessary). When you have unlimited and slow service it's the same as running out. I use wifi mostly and still run out. Boost service so far has let me let me down when I needed it the most. I'm seriously thinking about switching back to straight talk because I've never had this kind of issue with data before with them. IJS.

Boost for me is ON and OFF. I've had many issues with this company in the past and they've came through and helped me fix a few of the issues that I had with the service. There have been towers that go down and no compensation for the missed or lost services. Recently the phone shut down for one week and was never compensated for the technological/software "issues" that I faced. Service doesn't cover all areas that it claims. Many, Many Data Breaches I give it 3 stars, no more, no less.

The app is ok, but I'm very irritated with the actual boost service, I don't understand how I run out of high speed data so quickly, today is the 9th and each cycle starts on the 26th of the month, and when I'm out of high speed data it is super slow, and when you call and the automated voice tells you your plan it also includes saying "unlimited high speed data" they say it isn't actually unlimited high speed, it's only unlimited data, cause when you run out of 5G it goes down to 2G, rediculous

I love boost for their extremely loud phones. Of course everyone knows that Verizon has the best service of any provider. However, boost is great. It has been reliable for me all over the country. I just wish that someone could compete with Verizon in the upper peninsula. Up there Winters are brutal and you could get stranded without service and lose your life. You need a reliable service and so far Verizon is the only one who can cover it. Step it up boost!

Not happy with the service. Data speed slow even though i have unlimited data package. Also i recieve my texts a day late and sometimes my intended receiver never get my texts. I can't receive international calls, boost won't allow it for some reason. I can't send even short videos from first try, it keeps telling to reboot my device first. This isn't exactly what I expected from boost mobile after virgin mobile dissolve. I'm not rating the app. I'm rating the service of boost mobile.

Does what its supposed to do. No issues, no lag. Although I would appreciate it if when looking at "Usage", it would be in real time. It would also be helpful if the app was more accurate with the numbers called and texted. It's pretty easy and basic app.

It's a good app - straightforward in both design and function, with good UI providing ease of navigation and use. Keep up the good work devs... Boost is the best! Great service, low cost, and a good selection of devices at very low prices in comparison to the competition. They even let you receive texts and answer incoming calls and talk as long as you like for 60 days after your bill is past due. I got the job I have now almost 2 yrs ago as a direct result of that policy. Thank you Boost!!!

Quickly pay your bill online and access to your account. I like that you can sign in to add money to your account faster, than signing in using a browser. Sometimes i do experience a bug with the app. It says failed to launch the boost app window pops up, while not having used the app for a while, but it doesn't make a difference. But recently the app started to take longer to load up before i can log in.

The GUI could use some love (it feels like an outdated web browser), but the menu is simple to navigate and it is easy to find what you need. Similarly, the feature set of the application comes in handy. Check your balance and pay your bill, manage ad-ons, see call and text history, etc. All in all, I like the app and the service it provides.

I've made the mistake of paying twice on my phone bill because i thought the payment didn't go thru the 1st time. Luckily i was able to get my money back after a few days. So just a fair warning when you authorize the payment and it doesn't show a balance. Check and see you a payment had gone thru. Besides that I've had no other problems with Boost. They have been my carrier for 5 years and going.

I've been with Boost Mobile for about 8 years and absolutely love them!!! Easy to check data usage and make payments on the website. Bought a new phone and am able to make monthly payments instead of paying full price up front. That's been helpful for me being on such a tight budget. Only thing I can complain about is when trying to call customer service to speak with a live person, it's BEYOND difficult!!! Overall very satisfied with the phone services I have!!!
