One of the most important features of your app does not work, the submit meter reading which I've tried on 5 modern android devices. I also find it odd that you don't have this feature in the online account. Broken in app, can't do online, almost like you don't want to make it easy to submit a reading.
Gives some basics info which is nice. However, submitting meter reading is annoying. This is why I actually downloaded the app. Not being able to do this is an absolute joke. It constantly crashes. I do mean CONSTANTLY. Not often but CONSTANT! No thanks.
Used to work fine haven't been able to make a payment for 4 weeks which has now put me behind .... can't call to make a payment because they don't answer and I've no credit left the customer service isn't very helpful ... Paperless billing because easy to pay app... so can't even go to pay in shop ridiculous!!
Crashes when updating meter reading. Have been unable to submit readings so always have to resort to desktop site to update readings. It would be a great app.... If it worked!
Been on this for a few years. Even moved home in the meantime and everything has always worked fine. I can submit manual meter readings easily - never an issue with that either.
First impressions are good. App won't close though. I press the back button on phone numerous times but the PIN screen stays on phone. Can only be forced closed.
Easily got access to my account number, customer service contact number and opening hours. I had struggled to get that data online on one page. The app provided that. So, thanks.
Doesn't work, just hangs on the login screen. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, didn't help. My login works fine online.
Only basic account information on the app we have a smart meter and can't view usage & spend costs making app redundant. Useless app!
Having the same problem like everyone else, can't submit any readings at all, very frustrating. The app obviously doesn't work.
I'm a new customer, but app doesn't work. Great first impression 😂😅😂 After typing my credentials it's loading, loading for ages. Something "stuck there".
Unable to make payments for the past two weeks on the App, Get message your payment of Null has been authorised and payment transaction does not process correctly and transaction fails, previous to that worked ok, used Internet Bord Gas Web site to make payment instead. Uninstalled App, will use website instead for future payments..
Shocking don't bother downloading this app it does not work can only see account number that's as good as it gets! Needs a major update so people can read their meters for gas and electricity!!!
I've got a smart meter and can't see any data or graphs in the app..
I would recommend just using the mobile site, it has a better look and is less buggy. It will accept meter readings when the app won't
This app has never worked for me,cannot gain access, whenever I try it says the system is down currently.
The electricity meter reading bug isn't fixed, the app stops working after submitting metrr readings.
Limited functionality, not updated regularly, fails to update rewards.
Downloaded it tonight. Won't open fully. When I try register account says sorry can't register right now please try again later or call... ridiculous
App is absolutely rubbish , a week down still not fixed.
App keeps crashing when trying to submit meter reading.
Update: Still fails to except payment a year on via this app with a bill now over €600. Payments also fail from your online account & your payment details don't get saved either.🤦🏻♂ Trying to make a payment of over €200 & your app keeps telling me... Thank you, you have made a payment of null... It also says that we are having technical difficulties & to try again later. I've tried 2 times already. 0 stars until this is resolved as I installed the app to make paying my electric bills easier.
