My BSNL App

It is not possible to generate Invoice after the bill payment. Even if I get the bill, a Pop Up (Whatever it's called) message will appear on the screen just infront of the invoice. I don't get any idea to leave this message and take even a screen shot of the invoice. If I touch the back arrow key, the screen showing the bill and the useless message will disappear losing my invoice. And I can't see my invoice/bill anywhere in the APP.Even there is a download option, I can't download because ofit

Does this app undergone any basic testing. There are no reasonable messages. Always getting please try later message. I used send log option. Whether it sent or not I don't know. There is no notification for that. Totally waste of space. Luckily play store not having negative stars.

Good app. Payments are superfasf, through online mode! One problem, we can not change our BSNL plan through the app, though option is available, still says not active connection. So, this should be fixed, Landline usage are not accessible, shows error, that should also be fixed. Good app, but with, bugs, error and still options that needs repair and better upgrade! Kudos to BSNL for their work on FTTH, 200Mbps is awesome!❤️🔥🤟

Worst app I have seen in my lifetime. What is the use of this app?? We can't even login. When we try to login using password it shows invalid then if we try to login using forget password it shows the mail is send to the ID but if we check the mail there is no mail present any where in Gmail. Also if we try to reserve a choice number app shows pin has been send to the number but there also nothing came. I tried many times in different number and iD. Total waste of time.

Hello, BSNL app is working fine and giving accurate information. But, the issue is even bill payment paid, still it's showing unpaid, as it's lead to receiving calls and emails still not paid it's cause little bit inconvenience. Example: For January 2022 bill, I paid on 12th February, but still app showing unpaid and still receiving calls and emails. Please fix the issues of any - Thank you.

App is good for landline no, but all bill payments details are not updated - it causes lot of confusion because of which I have made multiple payments. Need to improve on this section.. Self-care portal shows payment made for one time, not for multiple payments- atleast that features should be brought in the app

UI is very bad. Can't check unbilled usage. Even after paying bills it still shows last bill with pay now options. Even after reaching customer care service they can't resolve. such a worst operator app

Since last two months its goving error while payment is made. It also not shows the payment history of all the payments, however sms shows the payment details.. I use it for payment and complaints of broadband and landline, if any new software pl. Inform

Can't even login, always showing validation failed, even though I'm trying to login with right credentials. Totally useless if user can't even login. Trying to login for last two months, always same error.

I have recently ported to BSNL and I can't add my number to dashboard, says profile already exist and I have registered on this app with same number. When I try to add other BSNL numbers, it says please enter a valid BSNL number and try again. App UI is good but there are a lot of bugs and errors or server side. Please fix the issue for newly portes customers.

Pathetic! I dont even want to give 1 star to this app. Both the support email ids are invalid! Do u guys even work on improving or testing the app? I dont want to waste time again typing the issues in the app here. 2 emails i sent to the email ids u guys have here, both returned mail delivery failure! Jus do proper testing of ur app and find the multiple issues n fix!

Update: Why 2 separate apps for mobile and landline? Original review: Please don't ask for OTP for all my numbers everytime I reinstall the app. It's so annoying. Why can't you allow me to keep all numbers in a single login without OTP? I'm not going to do anything illegal. I'm only going to recharge my numbers u using your app.

Aap is not working,after reinstalled repitedly.Bill paid for landline phone on 5/5/2022 not updated.Even account not been added.Whats problem,and when it will be resolved. Is it not required to update full program.which may be convenient and more user friendly. I have already emailed you twice but it was not received at your end.

Such a very worst app login process problem it shows something went wrong try again after some time.. all details i.e user id and password are correct but login process problem.please fix the problem?????!!!!!!!

Very poor app performance. Developers need to focus and bring smooth experience. Also one thing is i am not able to download pdf of bills. Always show error that site can not reached

Big Question is this ----Why two saparate apps for mobile and landline? Our phone memories are already brimming with other apps and stuff. I could not chalk out the GOOD REASON behind this step or policy!!! Online bill payment on my bsnl app. Rs. 235 debited from my account and it shows bill payment failed!!! ?

I don't know whether this is an official app from BSNL. It really annoys me to see the fullscreen ads it shows whenever I unlock my phone. But it does offer all the facilities for a BSNL customer like checking usage of your broadband connection. You can add your different BSNL services, other BSNL phone numbers etc. Phone recharge option is available along with a list of all the recharge plans. It requires a more intuitive interface to better navigation.

Worst app in the world. But then again, what else can we expect from BSNL? Nothing works, can't click on anything on the dashboard, can't exit the app, and the toast saying "this wasn't expected, please try again" stays at it's place for a really long time. Even a beginner Android developer knows how to adjust the time for which the toast is displayed by the app. And that it should not be long. Rather, short. So disappointed.

I'm using bsnl app to pay my landline bill, after bill payment, I can't able to save the pdf, as even if I clicked the save pdf button, its not creating the pdf.

Bill payment respose failed to generate the status after the due amount is paid. Some error page shows and the payment becomes uncertain. No receipt or Any messages received after payment made.. Disappointed..

Very poor experience. I want to check data uses, no result. App told me to register at "usage page". As i tried it ,failed. No history of recharge or plan or other think. Need to update the app, make it simple just similar to idea or airtel app where i can see almost all aspect of my no. Hope you will improve it soon. I want bsnl to move ahead fast.

Very poor data service on mobile. Thought getting the App might help. :( except for one, the reviews are very disheartening. Please buck up Bsnl give some competition to the rivals. Have 3 Sims. I pay for the connections. The primary one, I can use to call. But the data connection is not working. :( One was for the dongle. That is not working either. Now transfered to a mobile, but the results are sadly the same. How do I register all three numbers. The 2 stars, only because I still care :(

Most useless User interface and usability. Not updated. Wherever we go, it asks to add account even after adding it earlier. I can't see my mobile usage details. There's no option to see what's my current plan and balance. I was thinking BSNL might have improved, but it's my mistake. They always take customer for granted. HOPELESS & PATHETIC!

This app contains ads which are not even for BSNL products. When you disconnect a call and if you see an add popping up on full screen, then understand this is the culprit. Such cheap acts are not expected from an organization of this size. One cab disable it through the menu though. Also, there is no need to give the permission 'do not optimize' battery. These permissions are needed for those apps that need to run constantly in the background.

App has adware!! It has a serious bug in it, that could possibly be an adware too. When given access to Phone, you start seeing unsigned full-screen ads of random sources. By random sources, I mean as from random web pages, that sometime has vulgar content as well. And it is completely unexpected from an of a PSU. It took me a week to find that this particular app was causing it. This is a serious issue and needs to be checked thoroughly.

One of the worst application, i never seen before. I don't have internet from 4days. Biggest mistake i made taking bsnl broadband. No one responding, customer care also. Service is very bad. Not allowing complain for my bsnl app. I am Not understanding anything.

Very user friendly app. Transactions can be done very easily. Billing information about my Landline, Mobile & Fibre is easily available. Pl give more information about new schemes/plans & link to reach there.
