If u would introduce the feature where we can convert our bonus balance into data it would be a great help for those (including me) who use the same method with #tashicell sim As in tashicell the bonus Nu. Into data. As far as it goes the app is good Only if u would add the feature I am seeking I am certain many people also think that as well Thank for ur service. <3

Your update version is more trouble shooter than the previous one because it display white and not working. On top of this if you could add another service that can be use for sharing data

This app isnt working on my phone at all....before it worked then after storage full i had to uninstall it....later when i reinstalled it, it didn't work....i downloaded twice but just shows a blank page instead of operating...poor service of b-mobile....n there is no response to our feedback that means developers are not concerned about bt subscribers.... Please take this issue seriously and look for some technical solutios... Thank you la

Firstly regards to B-ngul i can't transfer my money from this app to my bank and secondly i wrote them email which they never responded and messaged them in message regards to the problem they told me "click to transfer to bank 🏦 there i can proceed" as if i don't know about it and still i told them the issue but they didn't replied. Irresponsible if you guys ain't replying or responding remove the contacts and i still can't transfer the fund Thank you for your service not using it again .

I liked this app and it's easy to use but the fact is we cannot convert bonus balance to data. I didn't like that...

It's not getting download in the time of need. Moreover, it is but complicated too. Would be better, if you make every instruction clear and simple.

Why would it require OTP to open this app even when we got the correct password..its a waste of time and sometimes we are not recieving OTP..It should be fine if the password is correct and Not requiring OTP after the password.

It was working well. But it seems like the app is being updated. It shows the option to update but when I tried to update, it doesn't work. Pls fix it

Stupid app ever B-Nugl don't even works properly. I have been trying to add money in my account so many times still I'm not able to add any amount in my account. Fix the problem and the trash app

I had balance of 1000 in my B-Ngltrum. Now when I need, I am not able to open it. Always popping out " server is low, check your internet connection and try again." What the hell! when my friend from same locality can open his My BT app, why can't its opening in mine? I called costumer care and telling me to switch off phone and after switching on, try again! I did and still popping out same. Now it's been more than week I I trying to open and it's same all the time. I rate u 0 Star.

The app.is great.. But it would be better if the app have the facility to convert data into vouher since both the data are important equally in thier own way

Nice app to convert balance to data but I would love if data could be converted to balance too.😀 Other features are awesome in case of emergencies.

I wish I could give zero star because that stupid student data package does not work even though I registered my number, I can't use my Hotspot to use Google classroom and YouTube in my laptop. It was just a scam for these idiots to earn money. I am switching to TashiCell from now :/ And plus my data is most of the time coming in H or H+ even though my sim is in 4G and whenever I am going somewhere and wanna play Call of Duty Warzone, I always get disconnected because I use hot-spot fix this!!!!

What a worse app ever, I can't even open it and always showing "error occurred, try again later" why to make this kind of app that doesn't even open. Jus a waste of money and time

Unable to use the app right now, Dont know why but my network seems to fluctuate whenever I try running the app making it stuck on the loading phase, Hope it gets fixed soon...

Paw ! This app is really amazing, it help in converting balance. I rated 4 star because ..sometime it doesn't work at all..over all...it consume more time ... So far ...it's really helpful

It's awesome app but, where there is bonus we tend to recharge more to get more bonus, so if BT app could give some facilities like converting bonus balances to data plans. Thank you

Useless App please don't download this app guys because I have waste my money for downloading this app... I have downloaded and unstall this app for four time LA still then it didn't work and I have tried to contact with the b-mobile sever and I have asked them why this App not working they told me that It will work only in android 12 bla bla that I didn't get at all... The only thing I want to say is if ur App works only in android more than 12 then don't keep in our play store ..

It pop up crashing. I tried for many times. Installing and uninstalling. Its been more than 3 months Haven't work at all.

The app is not opening, i have uninstalled it and again installed it for the 9th time, still it's not working. What kind of joke is this, please fix it as soon as possible.

it's really good application but i would also would also like to suggest that if you can add some additional features like recharging others mobile 'll be much more good

This is really a helpful app but i wonder why we can't share data balance just like voucher even if we have more than 5gb , it says ' there is no sharable package available! Can you fix this in the upcoming update??

I dont know why but the app keeps on crashing at the starting it says an error occurred and I need to redownload it..first time it works then again afterwars it crashes again

I have been using this app frequently due to its facilities...but it crashes every time at first attempt....i have to try over and over again. please fix this problem.

Wow its super..it made my work more easier Helps me to transfer balance...it would be more helpful if we could share the MOBILE data also..good that we don't have to pay a transfer fees unlike tashicell

Your network is worst. Doesn't even work in urban areas. Fix it please, it's always stuck on G+ or H+ only, 4G nope not even a sign

Everything is going so well till now but why my bngul and bwallet is not working I had done the registration and also come source is not active... Please help me solve all this stuff ❤️❤️❤️
