I can order my food easily, but when it is made incorrectly, there is no one to tell.This app is designed to avoid the customers. I called my local store, and 5 of the 6 message prompts tell you to go to the app. The only option that reaches the store goes to voicemail, or they pick up and hang up the phone. Tech is supposed to enhance service not replace it

Can't pay. No matter what device I use. No matter how many different times I try (over the last few months). It won't let me pay. Everything works well until payment. It even has my saved credit card info. But nothing I touch on the screen will allow me to actually pay with it.

Really no stars. Have almost 3000 pts. that I can't get access to. Had an offer today for "buy one, get one" pizzas only couldn't access account, ended up paying full price for 2 pizzas. Can't change password. What good is this? Please return to original application!

The app is so easy to use. They give points for purchases to go toward free food and they also give birthday gifts. And all the years I've gone there I've never had a bad experience or bad food.

It is my first time downloading this app and I am having problems. I made my account but now the app keeps reporting it has bugs. App continues to close randomly as I try to Learn it. Might have to delete it till it's fixed.

Good luck completing your profile if you gave them your number at the register! For more than a month, it's been impossible to complete my profile. I've tried the kiosk in the restaurant, the mobile site, the app, and the desktop site. Every time when I enter my number, the area to enter my info is covered up with a white box that cannot be removed. There's no way to sign up, which means I can't order online because my phone number is tied to an acct that can't be set up. Absolutely ridiculous.

App is lousy haven't received my $68 worth of points on my purchases this last week app freezes. If it works don't fix it. Nothing works on this updated version. After numerous attempts I still lost points. I really think they just didn't want to honor the previous points because even though the store tryed to help me they couldn't so there's no number to call for help and no way to contact corporate. So sad that they took points away from loyal customers. They also request feedback but no reply

Since the last updates, I went to log into my account to check my points, I kept getting a message that username not found, tried to reset my password it said the request to change was sent to the email address on file and when I go to check my email it's not there. I have tried to register my account again, it says that this email address is already used. Not a happy camper.

I couldn't get the app to work properly yesterday. I called in my order into the store instead. Verified my account over the phone. Was assured my order was going to be posted to my account so that I would get my points. Finally at last got into the app today. And yesterday's transaction is not recorded. I like the food, but this point system and app are the pits.

Horrible app. The barcode scan on gift cards not working properly on android and only showing half the barcode forcing the cashier to manually input the gift card every time. Also you cant stack gift cards, so this means they sometimes have to input two gift card numbers manually. Makes you feel like you are holding up the line by writing a check or something. I think technology is supposed to make our lives simpler but this one does not. Now to top it off the app has login problems months now.

I have been trying to log into my Buona account on PC/mobile app today to make an order (worked yesterday on PC no problem) and now I can neither log in nor create a new account/profile because my email is already in use. UPDATE: Problem above was resolved. New problem is that now the app doesn't offer large size beverages in the app, yet it's still an option they offer in store.

I download the app because there was a post on Facebook that offered one free sandwich when you load the app. They gave me 1500 points to redeem, but the app did not allow the points to be used for the order, and there was nothing that allowed the free sandwiches, so we just placed the regular order. We love the food but not the app. 🤔 Not very user friendly.

The app doesn't allow you to properly input payment details. I tried entering all 3 of my valid cards and it said "invalid card details" for each one. I even tried using the camera scan for all 3 but it the feature didnt actually do anything. I would love to use their app if it worked.

The entire user interface design of this app is horrible; it's easier to just open a browser on my phone and use the website. Plus, the app freezes or randomly doesn't log in on a regular basis.

The new system and new app are horrible. The app continually locks up on the opening screen. The manager won't honor points or gift cards if I can't get the app to work. The manager's only response is "I don't know". That's not an answer.

There is no way to place an ASAP order. You have to select a time at least 20 minutes in the future. The app still showed my order status as only "Received" even after I received a text message saying it was ready for pickup. I selected "baptized", but my sandwich was still too dry. Good thing I ordered a side of au jus.

Company owns the entire 3rd floor of my building and this stupid app does not give the delivery drivers the "special instructions". I am the 12th person that this app has done it to. Not sure what I can do but i am reporting this app to Google Play for theft of the 20$ i spent on subpar processed meat. DO NOT DOWNLOAD UNLESS YOU WANT TO NOT GET YOUR FOOD
