Trash app. The troubeshooting part of the app just crashes the app. Funny how the payment portion of the app never crashes but when u need assistance u get bugs.

Most inconvenient app ever! It won't stay signed in so you have to re-sign in every time you want to use it. Makes you have to send your email a code and check your email every.single.time you want to use it. An app is supposed to save time, give you information, be convenient. This is none of those things. It's faster to just use the website. I expect they'll probably change that when people catch on and worsen the website instead of fixing the app

While on your phone. You can type in your username but when you try to type your password all you get is the keypad and a blue screen. Needless to say, it will not let you log in. Also I like my bill mailed to my home. If you change it to postal, within forty eight hours it changes back to email. I have tried to correct this in a cspire store, online and customer service. There is an obvious problem with this app. Either Cspire can't/will not or doesn't have the capability to fix the problem.

Sign up requires you to answer questions, (for example) do you have a home internet plan with us? Well I do not, yet I can't complete sign up without giving them account information for the non existent account. I have cellular service with them, nothing else. They ask you to provide info if you do have them for home internet, yet give you no option to skip if you don't. If you leave it blank it stops you from finishing registration until you give them the info ..

Just can't wait until my contract is up, worst service I've ever had. If you live in Mississippi do not get C Spire, way too expensive for the crappiest service. You can't even look at the weather if you have used your data which is supposed to be unlimited but after 2 G's it's so slow you can't do anything period. Might just break the contract to get out of it, a bad credit report isn't anything compared to this shotty service. You've been warned..

My app doesnt match what the CSpire rep sees on his screen. I downloaded to manage data but it doesnt tell us the data usage by line, only a total. Evidently I need to go to my bill to view that, so last months info only, not current month. Thats not helpful.

Are you sure you want to know the truth about my Cspire unlimited data plan and this app? I will advise anyone thinking of switching to Cspire to read the reviews first! My first month with this service was great, unfortunately it was the only month with decent connectivity, I mean texting Cspire support is a challenge with fears of messages not delivered. About data usage, wow! After five minutes you just might actually connect to your site if your patience doesn't xspire. Forget streaming!

I have always been able to get good reception at my home. I have been to the C SPIRE store at least six times trying to get my phone checked out. I had a Galaxy S8 and it worked great any where. I bought this GALAXY S10+ and it has been nothing but trouble .I need help.

Make sure you check your balnce after payments. I paid by credit card in July and even though they took the money it didnt update my balance or even acknowledged that i even made a $250 payment.. What! And text support says i have to go into the store to risk covid19 and talk to a manager to get it fixed! Beyond pissed.

My phone has been buffering since I got it. It's horrible. Representatives cannot fix the problem. But their payment comes out quickly. Will be asking for a refund and going to a different provider as my phone is still buffering hours after payment.

The latest update needs to be fixed, I always look at my bill. I can't zoom in or move it around to see anything! It wouldn't download from the app, I had to go to the website to download the bill.

If you get error message saying cant access account. Go to settings, apps, and delete cache and data. This will cause the app to work correctly. Uninstalling, and reinstalling will not work without deleting cache and data.

I hate I even downloaded this update. It did not remember my password and when I manually entered my password, I received a reset message. I selected the NEED HELP? to reset my password and received a temporary password. I applied the temp password and still received a reset message. I made several attempts to reset my password and each time was a failure. Mind you this happened on a weekend. I now will have to wait until Monday to speak with a CRS. 😒

The best Monday morning ever! I called tech support and got the greatest young lady ever! She was beyond helpful. She explained everything to me in away that really simplified things for me. Not once did she talk down to me or over my head. I wish everyone could have the experience I had today.i wish we had more like her. Thank you so very much. You made my day. And a monday at that. data useage is always incorrect contacted numerous of times still has same issue. cant manage all accounts on 1 profile have to set us seprate for each line very inconvient.
