huge difficulties getting logged in as 'your organisation does not use the digital version' which I am assured it does. Update - Just been told by the Caravan & Motorhome Club that their enquiries about the problem resulted in them being told the App has been 'removed from service for the whole of 2019' to allow them to upgrade and test a new version. No help but at least an explanation!
Mine works! I just installed it and bought a Key Number. Registration was no problem. There are some features still under construction but I prefer to have an app instead of a card. So I am happy. I will update when I had a chance to use it!
This app asks for your card number. I gave it a valid card number but it refused to let me go further as it said the issue authority had not supplied my email. It did not give me the option to update my email nor does it display a list or map of campsites. A complete waste of time.
Same as others here-app doesnt seem to recognise card number in order to register. Luckily you can print a paper copy of the card. So much for efficient tech!
This level of badness takes some serious effort. Literally nothing about this app works as expected (how do I even scan the given QR code?), and the looks are a terror to match. Welcome to 1997, ladies and gents; your time machine has landed!
Poor. Very poor. The layout is completely broken and so it is impossible to see any search results.
waste of space. it wont recognise my number. Because Camping Key is so inefficient the card wont arrive until after I have left home. time ro look for an alternative card, ACSI maybe.
Search results are presented in an area approx 10 px in height. Totally useless.

It lost my card information all the time. It is very hard to use in Finland because camping areas prefer physical card.
Forgets the card all the time and is a pain to enter it again. Once the card is validated in the app I should never have to do anything until the card expires and during that time period the app should work both offline and online.
Useless, amateurish, pointless! You still need your physical card and the number on it to log in.
Registering card has 3 stages mobile number, email and third says they sending SMS or text with code which never arrived. That's how I get !!! Annoying.
Shows how bad this App is as I tried to edit my review to correct the spelling, so instead of some and App instead of Apple and it doesn't correct it.
Carrying a physical card is easier, the app has no more functionality than a piece of plastic
You have to remember a 16 digit number to login. Should be possible to make a short password and login. You have to login after phone restart.
Does what it's supposed to - hold your card's info so you don't need a physical card.
When searching for Accommodation Discounts the search results are shown in one tenth of the screen. It is impossible to see anything. Completely worthless.
