• Your card, your profile: In the Card Settings, you can easily customize the use of the card by yourself:
- Completely and immediately block the card in case of loss.
- Block the card for online purchases or contactless payments.
- Block countries in which you do not wish to use your card. You can cancel all these blockages at any time by yourself.
• Full control over your expenses: Check your remaining card balance and transactions in real time. Simply and safely view all details regarding your card account.
• Fully transparent transactions: The My Card app lets you take pictures of your purchases and sales receipts and store them. In this way, you will not only know where you used your prepaid card but also for what purpose.
• Notification when the card has been used: You may choose to have a Push Notification sent to you for each transaction on your prepaid card account. Or you may subscribe to the SMS Service so as to be notified even without an Internet connection.
The app can be downloaded free of charge and is available in German, French, Italian, and English.

Generally works well. However, quite frequently it disassociates my account and I have to go through the whole login processs again and again. (Smartcode,Email,password, ...)
awesome nothing else to add just a bit pricey to exchange they take like 50% or more from the actual rate when exchanging from Fr to anyother currency......
Verication on this app is hell. Been battling with Verification for 3 days. Sent a mail but no response. Worst experience I've had on any app.
In a time when such apps are often slow, bloated and not very intuitive to use, this one was a nice surprise. A fresh user interface on the top of essential functions, just what I wanted. I wish I could export my transaction data, here or on the web.
The worst embedded verification system I ever tried. I had issues with it almost 1 year ago. Contacted the service, exchanged some mails. After one year I still cannot verify my ID. Terrible.

What happen the app today? It's says error occurred try later, when you login.
i am working on it allready for a week triyng to regigister the app, and is not working, all the time coming errors. I spoke whit administrator to help me out, but unfotinanhly no one help. I am receiving sms with accses code which is not able to be transfered to the app. I need to use my card for paiment but I can'do that.
Tons of "tips" notifications that get in the way. No notification categories defined and no in-app settings to disable non-essential notifications.
It's was a real digital banking app.. But at now not working like a analog... I am was verified user. but agin requer verify... trying drop ducument, app stop working...

Awful coding. I get endless errors trying to do basic things like loading the account. Use revolut.
Super Service and secure transactions. as well as so fast loading amount.
Can't add my card. Called the customer support the first time one month ago and they still didn't manage to fix it. Better go for Revolut than this....

The app worked fine, although I think the new logo and notification looks like the stocks I own are losing value
working quite well, unfortunatelly had few bugs so needed to reinstal all from scratch.
Does not work without update, update does not improve anything.
I'm sorry for others apps i hv been using not working properly for me but today i find a great and secure Swiss bankers is very great to my access bank account and details

When familiar with it, quite useful.
I couldn't even activate the card. The verification/card activation process is really bad. Have been installing and uninstalling, reapiting every step multiple times to get it working, but it doesn't. The same error pops up every time. "Something went wrong. Please try again. (10402)".
