Cardiac Coherence is a state obtained when the fluctuation of the heart rate becomes periodic and regular.
This state of heart coherence can be achieved by the practice of periodic rhythmic, ample, abdominal breathing to a specific frequency.

Inhale when the cursor goes up...Expire when it drops.

To do ideally three times a day.

Simple and effective app. Breath in when the dot goes up and out when it goes down. Wonderful. Great additions would be some type of feedback? Maybe heart rate measure or a log of how often the 5 mins was completed?
