If there was an option for zero stars that's what I'd put. I've been trying to create a profile for the past 3 days and it says unable to connect to server or try again later. I get up to the point of creating a password, it recognizes if you've put in to few characters, or no capital Letter ect. But will not advance past that point without an ERROR MESSAGE. This needs fixed, why have an app that so many people complain about and not fix it?

This app is BS, I had it for 2 months, then one day I go to log in and it says...unable to connect to server. I've wiped it out of my phone and downloaded it again several times and it continues to say the same thing. It's been well over a month and I've tried again, just to have it say the same thing. There is NO support line to call and I need proof of payments??? This is BS!

This app has a lot of bugs. When enrolling it took me a few times as it kept saying it couldn't not connect to services. Once I was able to create my account and log in I have received the same message each time. Haven't been able to log in at all.. I have cleared cache, force closed, unistslled app and same bs..

Was able to sign up initially but then all of a sudden it required me to send an activation code to my phone. Both numbers were right, tried both and the app doesn't send out the code and can't sign in. App sign in process is broken

Been using this app for a year now. One glitch the whole time and it was fixed. The key is to keep corvel updated constantly via yourself or your lawyer. They are only human and have tons of cases. This app is totally useful but you have to do your part as well as the client

I was able to log in a month ago and see my claim. Not much info but it atleast showed my Direct Deposit date. Now after several tries, a month later, still can't login. It says either im not connected (online) though I am.. (if I'm writing this via my cell, I'm online lol), sometimes it just times out or flat out just sits their and does nothing (submit button). Been trying to get in again for a month with no luck. Go figure....

i can not even log in it says i dont have a claim and i know i do. i cant even start to set it up. its like they do not want anyone to know anything. very disturbing and irrating! I was able to log in yesterday dec 8 2019 and today it say my user name is invalid. The app made the user name not me. You cant even talk to anyone to fix it. Now here it is may of 2020 and i cant log in it says error try again amd i have had this app for over a year. Why cant i log in now!

I'm unable to login to the app due to timing out. maybe there is an issue connecting to the server? This is the 2nd time I've had an issue with the app. it would be nice if there were some tech support.

I been trying to sign up so i can get my direct deposit going and i keep asking for a code n keep trying to make my account n when im done picking a password it says unable to contact services try again later. Garbage Non working app. Someone needs to get this resolved asap. I'll wait a week before I start making noise.

Corvel corporation is terrible can't believe such a certain company uses this client . Totally slow and unprofessional.....oh and the app doesn't work either .

I can't get past the activation code. I've requested it multiple times on different days and i haven't received anything.

This app shows the barest information on the claim. It rarely has any useful information such as submitted claim status, and most of the screens populate no results.

Minimal information about claim. Can no longer log in. I've tried resetting several times, but email never comes with link to reset password.

Ive been wanting to sign in.. but it has been impossible i thought it was just on my signinig in... but all users seem to have the same problem i forgot my username and password.. ..so i tried the alternative to recieve a conformation code ....only to never recive a phone call or email with the (code) "confused? ?
