Frustrating navigation, doesnt conform to Android normal navigation motions. Swipe down refreshes before it scrolls down. Text boxes routinely are coverd up by the keyboard. There are others, these are just the ones that angerd me today... Terrible. update 3/29/19... for some reason, the first attempt at entering my password fails EVERY time. Entering the same password a second time always works. Strange...
When attempting to access portions of my record, I am redirected to an error pagelet. JavaScript is set to throw an error message. The records shown as available are absent so it just send me back to this error page. There are errors that are clearly visible is Chrome's Debug mode and relate to settings being improperly set among other things. I called their technical support and have been waiting since December began to access my information.
Reinstalled app. Today I recieved a message from my doctors off requesting info from me. There was no way to reply. Searched my doctor's name, came back stating could not locate. Then I noticed that all names in the dropdown were located in AZ in fact to search for anything, it only lists AZ. I LIVE IN CA! My account states my address is in CA. This app is not worth using. Suggest you create a new app starting from scratch.
1. Barely qualifies as an app. It is a glorified bookmark for the mobile My Portal web page. 2. It *requires me to sign in no fewer than 4 times* to actually enter my portal. Laughably, after the fist time, you get a nice little splash screen saying "we've simplified access to your medical records"... after which it requires you to sign in 2 more times, then pick your facility, THEN access portal. 3. You have a portal for each DH facility you've used, despite all using the same EMR.
Very slow app, compared to Sutter MyHealth the lab results are not clearly shown (like make the lab results bold, and the date taken bold) It's good the results are posted and that there's transparency about when it's coming (but the extra dates presented in the same font makes it hard to find the more relevant dates)
Pretty useless. Almost impossible to sign-in. As another reviewer mentioned, it really just sends you to their website and is not a real app. Haven't been able to sign-in in ages, although nothing has changed with my account.
Never properly works. No matter what or when, it seems like their servers are always down. I have only managed to log in and properly use the app once, ever. Ever since mid 2017, the only thing I see besides the log in screen, is a "page time out" screen. It looks like, according to all the reviews, the healthcare company hired a bunch of incompetent people to care for an important part of thier customer service. Either that, or they have a total budget of a handful of pennies. The overwhelming majority of properly written reviews are 1 star, and nearly all of thier 5 star reviews have no written info and seem to be at least somewhat suspicious.
Unable to log in to the app. The sign-in view automatically clears the username and the password filled by the LasPass password manager before allowing me to log in. Effectively the issue renders this app completely useless. Probably the worst app experience ever.
This app is abysmal!! I went from MyChart to this all due to a change is insurance plan and provider being close by. Might have to switch to UC Davis just for MyChart usage. Please guys, either change to a better app/portal or make this usable. Has your IT director even looked at using this app? I am shocked with some of the +ve reviews here. Were they paid for? Very very disappointed. This is just with my account. If I want to access my family's I had rather be pierced with a thousand needles!
Well it's been a few months since the upgrade and I still do not have any idea when a doctor sends me a message because my notifications stopped when they upgraded their system. After reading some of the other reviews I do not understand why all these people are having problems signing in I don't ever have a problem signing in
I hate the new update it doesn't have any of my current information like my appointments. I can't even open my messages because when I try to log in it says unable to sign in. Even though I've already connected my account to it. I liked the other one better.
So you can't enroll with this app. You need a link from an email that you may or may not be sent. Problem 1. Problem 2 not very easy to navigate. Problem 3 parents cannot access or merge accounts (such as with the kaiser app) to view children's test results. With school starting and covid results being a must to present, how can we as parents access them quickly without going through medical records? Fix this 3 problems and you'll have a great app. Until then it is sub par.
EDIT: (Dec 20 2021) FINALLY resolved my issue and was able to get into my account. Working fine now. Cannot log in now after recent update. How do you expect people to use this portal if the app is not working? 🙄
New patient trying to set up account, but the app just hangs on the logo/possibly loading screen forever. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still not loading.
Horrible!!! Can't get into my med records or anywhere else in this stupid app!!! Zero stars please! Update. Still unable to access my records! What is wrong with this app? Having multiple test and scans done and still can't see anything. Are you people trying to fix this app or what???Get back to old version!!!
It's not working, keep getting errors.. just want to login once with out login it again on next page. Please fix it!!
It doesn't function since they "redesigned" it. It doesn't even rate one star if they can't make it work. At least the last clunky version worked.
Good lord this app is trash. Can't log in, can't get anything to work, and if you go to their (also horrific) website it doesn't work either. It's like they don't even want us to give them our money? One of the biggest healthcare corporations in the country, hundreds of millions in revenues, and you can't even create a functional website or app - and you wonder why Kaiser regularly destroys you in nearly every category? Here's a hint, they get basic functions like "make a working website" right
Whoop whoop see your results and bug your doctor whenever you want...I left Dignity Health cuz I am a bad Catholic and didn't want to say my Hail Mary's so they say I'm excommunicated...JK...I loved the App I used to bug the doctor thru the App so it's actually a good thing to download...
App is not working for me. After opening app and selecting the "sign in to your account" option, page never loads. Maybe I did something wrong? Not sure.
It is broken. I have created an account, and tried to pay my bill, and it keeps telling me I'm not in the system, then that my email is already in use. Not sure what to do at this point. There's not even a tech support contact that I can find.
I have never had a problem using this app until now. It doesnt recognize my email address or password. But when I reset my password, it sent it to my unrecognized email. What? I don't know what is going on, but please fix the app.
It keeps closing everytime you try to access any kind of actual health record. This needs to seriously get fixed being I'm a dignity patient! Maybe after that I'll give out 5 stars again like I have in the past.
It says click here to start so u can combine ur account with dignity health,i sign in then it says redirecting then has me log in again and it says something like unable to log in, or cant find username/password. It just loops over and over. Cant get back in
After the new update I'm finally able to log in, then I get sent to a blank page that says "failed to redirect." App still doesn't work.
This app is just a bunch of web pages poorly cobbled together. Don't use it unless you have to!
