Cannot log in. App constantly says that an update is needed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, still have the same error.
I just don't like the actual insurance policy I guess. But the app is very nice. Looks good.
Not a bad app, and it generally does what it's supposed to. It's fairly limited in functionality, though. It would be nice if it had a few more of the features available when logging in via a browser, like pre-auth status.
Telling me to update....no update. Uninstalled and reinstalled still telling me to update.....Frustrating
Frustrating. Now every time I open says to update to continue but theres no update. But before that whenever I try to submit a claim form it wont work till the 50th time, and I have to do that once a month, and it takes too long even when it does work
I love cdphp they're amazing I have been with them for 4 years have not had no problems I have them through the state I don't have them through my company that I work for. I would recommend them they've been so helpful with my doctors and me being in the hospital I don't know what else more to say about them except for that they've been amazing.
Tells me there's an update but there's not won't let me use app
App is ok. It would be nice if the EOB's would be available to view and print.
Won't work on my phone, can't sign in. PC site on my computer works fine.

Trying to login on DuckDuckGo browser and giving me a hard time.
Cdphp terminated my membership after 3 weeks, and I haven't even been able to use it yet! What the heck???!
