My Cicis

No longer a 4-star app since update. This app used to be good. Sometimes, it wouldnt scan correctly but it did almost always.i would have given it 5 stars if it had always worked. However, it wont even click on the restarant now. I can get in but that's all. I am incapable of scanning at All since the update. We've been going every Friday night for Years. I hate missing my freebie. At least the cards were guaranteed. I've not been able to use this even Once since the update.

The app is simple to use and is an excellent rewards program if you regularly go here. You get solid coupons and every 6 visits where you buy a buffet and one other item (aka a drink) you get a free buffet reward. Definitely worth downloading.

You scan your receipt for buffets purchased You get a "slice" for each receipt, when you "complete the pizza" with enough slices, you get a free buffet..BUT..they only give you credit for 1 slice per receipt. It's a real pain to have to remember to have each buffet in your party rung up separately, the person reviewing receipts can clearly see that each time we visit, we pay for TWO buffets, AND 2 drinks (we are not ghetto, trying to sneak one drink between us). Paid for 2, should get 2 credits!

only got it for the check in rewards program but an utter fail 😢 they send you coupon for free drink...of course you redeem which means it comes out to $6.99 plus tax. you scan the code and out comes the message "oops you need a minimum of $7 for check in to count"....they don't take tax into consideration so you're stuck with one whole cent to blame for never being able to get the free buffet 🙄

It's broken as of the past week :/. I can't add a barcode from my receipt. Every time I try I get an error saying: Oops! You are only allowed to scan 1 receipts within 4 hours of each other. The thing is my visit was last week and I have been trying to redeem that receipt once a day for the past 3 days. No bueno.

I had used the MyCici's app with no issues till recently. It continually states that I am not connected to the network. This app doesn't even deserve one star as a rating now. It used to work extremely well a few weeks ago. The app developers need to fix this issue instead of fixing another bong hit.

Unable to confirm contact info. When I open the app, it asks me to comfirm my contact info. When I go to submit, it tells me thai I must be offline, and to check my Internet connection. I have tried on both 4G and multiple WIFI connections. I am unable to use the app due to this.

I have tried to redeem coupons and couldn't. Also, you can't scan your barcode nor enter it manually. It's a waste of time. I sent an email about it and nobody replied. You'll do better paying full price.

The app charged me $28.41 more for my order than the prices listed in the store. While I was at the store, I asked why I'm being charged almost double than the prices listed on the wall. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told they had left for the day. So I went outside and called the store and the same lady that said no manager was on duty was the manager. She charged me $74.21 for $45.80 worth of pizza. I got home and every pizza was wrong. Never using this app/ordering Cici's again!!!!

I use this app to be placing orders to-go and it's a bummer that your rewards are only focused on eating in the buffet. I feel dishonored and disrespected that someone who orders to-go usually pays more than someone that eats in the buffet, does not get rewarded. There is no way I'm going to eat in the buffet during a pandemic. You should honor rewards for those that pay to-go. Make things more fair. Fix your rewards system

scanning barcode results in either "image must be provided", but gives no way to provide an image, or bar code invalid. I also tried entering the barcode manually and it still talks about providing an image. You're uninstalled CiCis, byebye

This may be the easiest restaurant app to use. Every feature I have used works seamlessly. Other restaurants could learn from this one

Great way to earn free pizza. Would give it 5 stars, but they override the brightness and turn it up to nearly a blinding level. It's hard to even use it because it's so bright.

This app is horrible. It will not accept ANY receipts & the help desk will only respond to emails after several attempts. They didnt even give me my "double visit" points like they said. Smh im disappointed. This app is a waste of space & Cicis doesnt seem to care that it doesnt work.

No good when you need to pay cash. Unable to complete order due to no cash payment option. I then called in order and it cost way more $$$. Ended up not having enough pizza for kids birthday party. Thanks Programmers/Corporate CiCi heads for your oversight or on purpose lack of payment options.

I am no longer able to open the application because I keep receiving an error message that reads it appears you are offline. Based on the comments, a lot of people are having the same issue. I wish someone would look at the issue.

This app is glitchy...sporadically works. Freezes often..several links don't give you the chance to back up/change, other than rebooting!

App is broken. Cannot upload receipt or barcodes. I had 1 more receipt to upload for my free buffet, so much for getting that! Don't know what you did when you "fixed" the app but it sure doesn't work now..

They don't have free drinks no more on the app. And lack of good deals. I would one star it, but they do give you a free buffet for your birthday. However, this app is becoming my less favorite. Need better deals on your app CiCi's.

The reward system is flawed! Even though the app clearly says "With every visit." You can't actually scan your bar code and earn a point toward your free buffet meal, if you don't SPEND a MINIMUM of $7!! Which isn't written any where on the app!? Though I'm sure it's written some tiny lettering, clearly out of the consumers way to easily read such info. I rarely eat at Cicis, and now Ill eat here even more rarely.

Either they are no longer using the app and only ordering online or the main page takes forever but when i open the app, it is stuck on the main page that only sais "now order online". Shame too, i was going to order me a mac and cheese pizza, thats my favorite.

Mobile app is missing all the dessert pizzas, which are even present on some delivery apps. IE local chain owners list a larger better menu then the companies own app is able to do. Why even bother using the app if I cant order half the stuff I want till I get to the store anyways?

The pizza was great, but the Manager Mike made our stop totally worth it. He was not only pleasant, but attentive and eager to make everyone's experience great. I told him this also, but if I had a business (I used to) I'd try my best to hire him away from Cicis! He's an awesome asset to your company.

Good app. rewards posting not really intuitive. And bar code reader is hard to successfully use.

Requires a minimum of $7 being spent before it counts. That is more than the cost of the buffet itself so even if you do download this, you wont reveive credit for showing up.

it loaded and was able to use it a few times. now it will no longer open. keeps telling me i am not connected to the internet. even a reinstall if the app will not fix it.
