My Clackamas

Normally this app is wonderful. However, it seems to be trying to load the web page today, but won't zoom out, scroll, or give any options to change the display, which is preventing me from even being able to find the button to log in, which in turn is rendering the app useless. I truly hope they're just having server issues or something of the sort, or that this issue will be fixed soon, as this app is normally pretty good, and also I really need to check my balance. Will update if/when fixed

Don't let the old bad reviews stop you from getting the app. Any newer phones the app works great. I have been able to deposit checks, which I will say takes a few minutes but it is easier than going down to the bank. Honestly no complaints other than the fact the mobile deposit checks don't show up for a few days but that is understandable, and for me is still worth it.

The app now loads the desktop website. No mobile functions are available. I emailed a request to fix the app and was sent a generic "please call if you have any concerns" template. Thanks for breaking the app, guys.

Rediculous. After logged in and using for some time, now i have to go through ALL security steps multiple times, even after selecting rememder device. Atrocious process to transfer funds to another member. Even worse for external accounts. Good luck to you, you will find it easier to waste the fuel and time to just go to a branch.

App began failing to open about 2 weeks ago. Web address won't resolve. I didn't necessarily like the most recent update anyhow, but now it doesn't function at all.

Normally I love the app, but since the update I cant log in. Its loaded the desktop view, and had zoomed in away from the login options. Please fix it so I can use it again!

Can't log in. I've tried all sorts of things but it never works. Security pic and phrase do not work. This app really needs an over haul.

It's alright. It worked really well until this last update and now my mobile doesn't want to slide over to put in my login info, so I have to use the internet login instead.

EDITED TO HELP OUT SOMEONE ELSE THIS IS THE OLD APP. The glitching is due to this app being obsolete. Uninstall this entirely then search Clackamas Federal Credit Union. The new app has a purple background with a white C and that functions as intended.

Y'all done broke something! The new mobile app begins by going to the desktop website and won't render properly. Also, currently NO MOBILE DEPOSIT!!! Come on guys, fix this thing!

The app will start to open then give me a "webpage not available". I used to love this app, now it's just garbage and inconvenient.

Was fine! I was only able to see 1/100th of the new one but now it won't even open. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Blah!!!

I'm having problems getting the app to load since the last update. Just getting an error message. Please fix

Used to work, now broken across multiple devices. Can't access mobile deposit which is frustrating since my local branch closed due to covid.

Worked fine the first two weeks, now it says it can't load the login page so it's unusable.

Can use the app 60% of the time. Other 40% never stops trying to load (have full bars)

App errors out and won't even load the screen to login and support won't help.

Can't get it to download and when it was downloaded it wouldn't register my password properly and locked me out

After the update its larger than my screen on my Galaxy s20 i can't scroll around.

Why have a user name? Every app in the world uses your email. Let me use my email to log in. And let me use my card info. Not account number. Who had that!?!?!

App works fine, those complaining probably have crappy service carriers or an IPhone

Terrible. I shouldn't have to have a brand new phone for it to work.

Why is it opening the clackamas website? The app is useless right now. Edit: Apparently there is a new clackamas Federal credit unions app with a C and purple background.

I have been a member of the Credit Union for more than 20 years. No complaints.
