In general, the app is poorly designed, disturbingly slow, and overall a frustrating experience. Why is so difficult to get to the daily schedule? How does it take so long to load basic text content? And why isn't the data cached on my device once loaded??? The dress code flashes just long enough to make you think you might be able to scroll to the end of the week, but no, it becomes a blank white screen begging you to try again. Hey Club Med: this app has sucked for 5 years, please rebuild it!
App will not show me current day activities during my stay. Each day I can see the remainder of the week but not the current day it tells me the programs cannot be loaded. Yesterday I could see today's activities but today I can't see them I can only see you tomorrow and forward. Every installed the app number of times
Gets stuck after the login page on the choose a trip page.... Can't select my trip or anything. The funny part is, I only have one trip... So ideally it should just bypass this page and take me straight to it anyway. Reinstalled three times. What a joke.
Used to work. Completely useless since the last update. First it refused to update, would not let me uninstall to try a new install. Had to do a reset to get rid of the app. Then it refused to install again. In I'm leaving for on of the resorts in the next 30 days. Still could not install . I needed to find an APK file, FINALLY installed and now no schedules or dress code. Other than white, black and "45 and something" one can only guess about what to pack.
Doesn't work, I tried all 3 numbers on my invoice and none of them let me sign in. When I previously was able to sign in I tried to click on the dress code and it wouldn't show anything on the screen :/
Super terrible app update. I could access my itinerary for the earlier version. Now that I have updated to the latest version, the app could not even launch!?! The app simply auto shutdown. I am departing in two days time and I am not sure if there will be any update to prevent the auto shutdown of the app. I would give this app/ver a NEGATIVE 10 stars if there's such an option.
Worst app design ever!. Extremely slow to load. Won't keep you logged in. Requires contract number to re-log every single time you open the app, as if anyone remembers or carries that arround with them. This all makes it totally useless, particularly while on the resort. Dont waste the space on your phone. You'll be much better served by just picking up the schedule at the front desk. The designers of this app should be fired. High school kids could do better..
Worthless. It doesn't recognize my file number. When I try to search for a resort nothing happens. Does this app even do anything?
Can't even log in. Using GM number, email address, or reservation number all brings me back to the login page. Completely useless. Edit 10/3/21: I have been able to log in successfully. However parts of the app simply do not load, such as the dress code theme page, which is important when deciding what to pack. Still not a good experience.
Would give app a better rating but I can't get into each section. For example, when I try to see the Dress Code, a blank screen appears, no text on the page.
Since the most recent update the app does not open at all and crashes everytime. Using Android 9 (Pie) on a Google Pixel XL. Please fix as I'm staying at Club Med in a few weeks and would like to use it.
No longer works. Used to be able to access any information needed, but now there are several pages that will briefly show and then go white, or not respond to any touch at all.
Not friendly user at all and the instructions paper is not clear to understand
The app logged me out. When I tried to log back in it won't go passed the access your trip screen. When I try to reset my password I just send up on a blank screen and nothing happens.
Installed this app and the day before I arrived to Club Med Sandpiper Bay, it just uninstalled itself and the updated app failed to install. Not really needed as there is a Samsung Galaxy Tab A in the room with the app installed.
Couldn't install app with Android 12, worked with older phone. Please upgrade your app to Android 12, so that I don't need to bring 2 phone for my upcoming trip.
Can't even install the app. Used it on my friend's phone and the functionality is intermittent and minimal at best
Useless, forgets login info between uses, poorly organized, not intuitive or user friendly. Even on Club Med property it is too slow.
Was scared by the reviews, but somehow working perfectly for me. I'm lucky, I guess, since I seem to be in the minority.
Odd log in. Couldn't see dress code each day. Updates to daily schedule don't seem to come over. Really a useless app. Club Med could do so much more with this app but failed miserably.
Slow to load each page and when it does, the information about daily activities is not detailed enough. It still requires one to physically go to the noticeboards in the resort to obtain the required information.
Like everyone else has submitted this app does not work and locks up. For a resort company as big as this one that is trying to go paperless this is pretty bad. Come on Club Med you can do a lot better than this.
yea nah. dont bother. you cant book anything with it. the app crashes constantly. it sounds good to offer but such a waste of time.
How hard is it to display a schedule? Seriously! It takes about 2 min to load each time. Have to relog about twice a day. They should design their app with bad wifi in mind, because that is what you get at a Club Med.
Could be so much better. The problem with club med and their app is they are dated and not up to date with technology. There's very little useful information on that app. Things they could do to improve it including adding information on the kids club, being able to make a reservations on the app, more details about restaurants, a map. This app is mostly worthless to download. If club med can get more technologically savvy like cruises do, it could be far better experience.
