My Coach Pro

My Coach Pro is the prime communication channel between players and staff members of a team which uses the My Coach Premium platform and its performance-related modules (My Coach RPE, My Coach HRV …).

This application allows the athlete to fill in the different wellness questionnaires based on a scientifically recognized method: RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion). The information collected is directly recovered to the staff, allowing them to monitor the athletic evolution of individuals and adapt the workload to optimize performances.

It can be available thanks to the individual access awarded to each player, or via a collective access for the team incumbent to the coach or physical trainer's wish.
