My Colony

This game is so good. I've come back to it again and again. The gameplay is fun and I love expanding my colonies and working through resource management. However, after you have any decent sized number of buildings and rovers, it starts to lag so badly that it's unplayable. This has happened both times I've installed it on two different phones. Maybe it's my fault for not having a high spec phone, but it doesn't work.

The game is great fun and requires a bit of planning for the future but it's amazing, the reason it doesn't have 5 stars is because of the lag when you zoom out but other than that it's good. Piece of advice for devs if they still update the game, when rovers can't harvest anymore because there is no more deposits let the player know cause I spent so long looking for the reason why lol

Honestly I love this game, played it off/on for a few years and recently came back and theyve added a good deal of content in that time. Basis is that you are the leader of a space colony that over time becomes a bit more complex, going from basic food needs to creating nuclear reactors, educating your colonists, and so on. I have found it a great game to have in the background while mainly focusing on other things.

It's soundtrack is really snazzy and charming, but the graphical interface is so low-res as to make it slightly challenging to see, and it's so insensitive it's difficult to select units.

This is one of the first games I had kept on my old devices, this game is remarkable although some of the stuff requires a premium account, I really enjoy this game and one way I would probably improve it is by adding the ability to terraform so then you can make towns look more realistic and I think it would add a new dimension to the game itself but not as a premium only ability.

Great game once you spend more than 5 minutes on it and actually figure out how to play. Definitely a bit of a learning curve, but the in-game encyclopedia helps a lot. I have but one question. Is there a way to delete a city I don't want in my region anymore?

I would like some more details and more graphics changes makes it look better and is a bit laggy if you can somehow change that it will be a perfect game

Fun game, no intrusive ads just a banner ad on the bottom and optional ads to watch. I'm still getting a handle on it. But so far it's great

Pretty good overall just wished you could make it so if you close out of the app the colony continues doing its thing rather then stopping and waiting for me to open the app. I guess it must be a way for people to be more hooked on the game so they check on the colony.

Long time player, love the game, cant recommend anymore bugs have plagued this game for over a year that have been ignored and brake the game entirely. Its posted all up and down the games support page. Many updates since and no fixes (goes for many different things)

I find myself coming back to this game over and over again. I like the content updates. Every time I play, I learn more about it. Great way to spend hours at a time. I do have an issue with certain ads not loading and causing the app to freeze up. i cant just push the back button on my Android device - I have to go home, close the app, turn off my WiFi, and reopen the app. Luckily, I usually don't lose much progress, thanks to the autosave. I can't get my achievements, though.

Enjoyed the game for quite a while, but recently whenever I create a world the floor textures either disappear or flicker in and out of existence, I have the exact same problem with your city building game that is (presumably) running off the same engine. It's possible it's a hardware problem as my HTC 1 isn't exactly brilliant, but I would love to play the game again.

definitely has potential. I like the different factors you have to include when making your colony. I would recommend a auto save feature to bring he game. also I freezes sometimes and I would like that to be fixed. other than that pretty fun game. I definitely want to see it grow. I also like the little message about rating the game, don't change that I think it was cute

It's a really good game all in all, and I love the way the ads aren't pop up ads, so they just sit at the bottom the screen, not bothering you at all, but there should be a, "view all astronauts", or something like that, because I hate trying to tap on small things that constantly move. Or have an option to show all employed and unemployed personnel. Very great game though. But fix the Ape Apps account login though. I'll put in everything perfectly, yet it constantly says, "login failed", and it's the most annoying thing ever.

Its a good game, with a lot of potential, but there's a few problems, for one, when my builder bots build certain buildings, they build it right to the end, and then stop before it's complete, and then with the ore mine, I battle every single time to build it, and then for mobile devices, I think maybe add the option to till the screen horizontally, and maybe a bit of a bigger tutorial 😁😁 Otherwise, amazing game, I like it

I love the game but there might be some holes in it. Even when I repeatedly save my game it seems to save only a fraction of the progress I made while I was playing and NEVER saves my ore which is a huge pain. And as a possible suggestion, the bots move in a very inefficient manner, any chance you could get them to at least go straight would be awesome. Any help or an update would be appreciated

Vehichle paths need work, but are still for the most part functional. Alot of times they zoom in circles, hard to tap on and set a task at times. Other than that this game is great. Will buy premium once this issue is fixed. May take some time, coding can be tricky. In the mean time, learning the ropes in free portion.

This game could be good, but it absolutely NEEDS a tutorial. The icons and menus are extremely confusing. Nothing is intuitive, and I've had to guess and use trial and error to try to figure out what the icons mean. I've already restarted a few times because I had no idea what I was doing, and I was wasting resources. But the game is interesting and has some potential, once you figure out the basics. I would actually rate it maybe 3.8 if I could.

Can't even get started. The initial tutorial says to move my rover and collect a resource, something called regolith. It tells me what each button means. One of them means move, so I click that button and then a spot on the map. Nothing. I try some more. Sometimes it works, but usually not. No feedback to tell me why it won't move to the places I click. Sometimes I click the "gather resources" button, but it never does anything. Still no feedback from the game to show why. Uninstalled.

My Colony is a very interesting game the only thing I would change is that you could move a few buildings after you have built them. does please please please have a better save games if you lose it you can recover it because that's what happened to me. I would have rated it 4 out of 5 if I didn't lose my data from the game. Please fix it Brandon please.

Really like it, addictive, perfect for long journeys! No need to pay for anything unless you want to go premium, but so far I'm happy with the free version. Main gripe I have is the filter view list of buildings etc. It'd be easier to filter via each purple potion unlock group. Still, very good game.

Game is quite fun, build up your colony from scratch and research to unlock more. I like the fact you can pick up and play and not bound to set times of events like some other games. The game itself however, has a lot of bugs and the game crashes a lot. Make sure you save regularly.

I spent a year and a half for the lag issues to be fixed, before realizing I could buy it on steam. While the PC version costs 4.99, it runs far better, and supports the developer. For anyone who's frustrated by the lag, but still really likes the game, buy it on steam. All the major issues go away 😄

Amazing game. A fun game with interesting graphics which seems simple at first, but becomes very complicated near the end. For the beginning there is a pretty bad limitation, though. The mass driver is one of the easiest ways to get money, but it can't sell more than 300 units at a time, which can become very tedious once you need 16k for each payroll. If there is still being worked on this game, an increase in maximum units from the mass driver would be amazing!

Super addicting! Doesnt start off to overwhelming and after you get a basic grasp of things the game starts to get a bit harder. Tons of statistics for you colony allowing you to tend to things and presenting logistical challenges later on . If you exit out of the game the music keeps playing - - - even during a call- - - unless you close out of the app completely. Colonists won't render even though I have them turnt on. I am really hoping for a military aspect in the future. Not to much

I unfortunately have to give this game a bad score. I love the depth and enjoyment it provides, but continually it seems I lose my saved games. Two times in particular I worked to build up a colony for months gaining independence and getting all the tech and loved every minute of it... for it all to randomly disappear. Can't do it again. Too much effort for nothing.

After some time of playing this game on and off and purchasing premium, I've come to realize that the game really isn't as great as how I remember back in elementary school. Over time, sure it's had a lot of new content added and now I can experience an ad free fully fledged version of the game, but with performance issues, lack of any real goal, poor ui, repetitive gameplay with very little variation, some little features like colonist customizing gone, it's just not as good as it used to be.
