I hate that my check can't be seen tell my money is deposited. New balance see my check. 😡. It used to be see my check then my new balance but no it not like that no more. It's frustrating, stressful, aratading. It makes me won't to change banks at this point. I just won't to see my check then my new balance. But good for keeping up w/ my money balance moving money ,paying bill. That's why I gave it 2 ☆☆.
Way much easier. This app allows me to take control of most everything that I need. Transfers are super convenient, privacy is great as well. Thank guys for updating to a new system.
Hasn't worked right since release. Still can't use it. Mobile banking/deposits was the only reason I picked MCCU for my business. Hope they get it fixed soon, switching banks is a hassle but I may not have a choice.
Some of the titles are confusing, but otherwise it is all straightforward and accessible.
So far so good. I like the ways its set up.. my complaint is that it wont let me access the budget says i need full version, but where i cant find a full version???
Get a credit line with as much money as you put in and also cash back every month if you qualify.. good interest as well however they will allow anybody to charge you and give you that $30 fee every time..
The only thing I hate about the app is I can not see my direct deposit. On the old app you could see it. I was told by the call center you could see it. That was a lie
Doesn't feel like anybody cares when I ask about my (1) Mobile deposit won't work it just sits there and loads, used to be fine but now the response I get is, I don't know, you're the only one, and shrugged shoulders and on your way now.(2) dispersing my funds to online anybody's that are always taking a nice reoccurring 50 or 100 every month, so every 4 to 6 months I have to get another card. Banking with an old coffee can crossed my mind, but Keurig took care of that ole friend. 😒 Worn Out.
Love the new update. Only thing is that I cant get the push notifications to work on my phone. Not that big of a deal tho.
I ENJOY MY COMMUNITY VERY MUCH. NOT BEING ABLE TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE BANK HAS NOT PROVEN TO BE A MAJOR INCONVENIENCE. I DO WISH THE DRIVE IN TELLERS WERE A LITTLE SPEEDIER AND THE DEVICE FOR SENDING & RECEIVING DEPOSITS ETC. WERE CONSTRUCTED IN SUCH A WAY AS TO MAKE THEM MORE EASILY ACCESSED.
This app keeps crashing and closing out other apps on my phone, it is nearly impossible for me to use.
App shuts down at night .. 2 months later this app shuts down late at night still, I need access to it 24/7!
Easy to use. Love the fingerprint log in ans new interface!
I like the app and how it shows all your accounts but sometimes it freezes or takes a bit to load
My Community is great,always helping when I mess up with overdraft in bill paying,they fix it more than they have to and im always greatfull
It's an awesome financial experience! My Community assures that every member has an opportunity to grow in every aspect of their financial endeavors.
The update shows a lot more information. Like my pending direct deposit. Pretty great

This app works pretty good but not with extra linked accounts, it does not update them accordingly
Been with this Credit Union since 2012. I can say only good things about being a member. Thanks to all the great people who work at its many branches around the State.
so far so good only issue is in have to always input my password even if I have the finger print set up

EXTREMELY POOR Customer service in 2020! I have banked with My Community since 2012, and recieved multiple incorrect answers to questions about my checking amount this year! I am so UNHAPPY, that I have removed all if my financial accounts with My Community, and started using a new bank with outstanding reviews, customer service, and a very upstanding past customer history.
I have never had any major issues with My Community and I have been with the Credit Union for over 20 years. If I have any problem they are quick to dissolve it.
Very nice app.. love how you can link all your accounts.. and the iris security really badass
Great app the only thing I need is to be able to wire transfer to other accounts...

Doesn't show accurate available balance. Says includes pending and that is very inaccurate. This is a issue that needs to be fixed. Also the text notifications are a joke. They are days later. So if you have someone still your debit card number and use it you may not know for a day or 3. It's of no use. Please fix this.... Also get NSF charge and you tell me the company that I got the charge on does not except overdraft so it's declined. Why would they even know it was overdraft funds?????
