LOVED that I didn't have to pick up the phone to call, wade through auto messages, just to leave a v.m. NOW the app says its discontinued-might explain log in issues. Sad, it was convenient-thought this was what the internet was for; my bad, it was too efficient-lets get rid of it.

OK so the it didn't recognize my password so I changed it, I got into my account. It does not show my prescriptions at all. It shows my dead dog, who died years ago. OK, I put my self in. Put all my information in including RX number and I got an error message. OK, so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, went to sign in and you guessed it, got an error message. This happened the last time I tried to use the app. It runs poorly and is not a great design.

It won't let me sign in. Everytime I try to log in it says sign in failed. So I changed the password, put the new password in and same thing. And I can't set up a new account with me already having an account. This app is frustrating.

This pharmacy really ROCKS!!! This app is the easiest one to use. I have had to go through going back and forth, time outs, tension headaches and frustration galore. This app will have you done ordering /refills within a couple of minutes. For me, not having to put my info in for refills and waiting for confirmation. They also deliver to you too! The app is great and works smoothly. I am glad they recently improved the order that the Rxs are in. It was very confusing when they repeat and in random order. Now they appear in date order which is so much easier!!

I spent time deleting all the medications that did not have refills left and the next time I look at the app they were all back. It is hard to find what I want to refills. There should be a way to order the medications either alphabetical, by number of refills or by date.

Some of the basic app functions don't work. Expired, discontinued, and "zero refills left" prescriptions keep showing up on my list of current medications even after I delete them. What's even worse is, recently, new prescriptions that were filled last month and that have multiple refills left don't appear on my list of medications, which means I have to call in the refills.

We have been customers of Holt's pharmacy for about 15 yrs. The pharmacist and staff are professional yet very personable. They truly care about their customers and it shows in their dedication and service. I'm glad they have this app to use for refills as it saves time and reminds me when the meds were filled the previous month. Holt's Pharmacy... you guys are the best!

reminder "feature" is a joke. The app doesn't allow for real world data entry regarding dosage. And even if you fake it by giving it a daily dosage total so you can get reminded about getting refills (not obvious on nasal sprays), it changes the date on it's own... making it useless. No setup wizard or other initial help, so you have to stumble through figuring it out. Better off using Google Calendar and email the pharmacy for renewals.

Very convenient to have. Downfall is any meds you dont use or duplicates on your list you can delete BUT the next time you open the app they are all back on your list again.

Keeps saying to check network connection, which is fine EDIT- STILL having issues with this. A lot of the time I have to uninstall it and reinstall to make it work. Regardless of how up to date it is. If I could give no stars right now I would

The old prescriptions do not go away and do not stay deleted when manually deleted. This makes it very confusing to see which prescriptions are able to be refilled. Very bad app. Could be so much better.

so gar so good. shows all my medicine and how many refills I have. can do it right in the app and don't have to call or worry about the rx # if I can't find my bottle. some of the old rx should be able to be deleted or fall off after a specific amount of time but otherwise good.

This app is very easy to use for med refills, reminder notifications to refill n when to take ur meds. It also has info on ur medications, what it's used for, doses with pictures of the meds. It has numerous diseases that U can read about n get familiar with, especially if U don't know anything about the disease, U will know after reading their info provided. This app is very helpful n beneficial to those that use it!

Does not show proper info on when prescription was last refilled. Doesn't always send request to pharmacy even though it said it did. App errors out attempting to submit refills quite often. Cannot delete profiles. My pharmacy switched to this app and I hate it. Now back to having to call in refills.

Very Quick Response. It's Your Small town Pharmacy Feeling where you are known and taken care of. All questions needs and concerns are definitely 1st in this location.. I appreciate all of their help and making feel like a person unlike the bigger locations. I was with cvs and always had an issue with filling prescriptions they don't stay on top of medications sent they are not personal always a mix up with wether the meds were there or not or when they were ready etc. They give you the app and

This app is amazing! Very efficient, always works without any issues. Receives email confirmation, in addition to text messages when RX is ready! Love this app!

It is convenient to put in my request any time of the day for refills. I don't have to make time to call & get through to the Pharmacy. The only draw back I've had is if I don't have more refills on an Rx, I still have to call to request it. Otherwise, it's a great service. Frees up the Pharmacist or counter person to answer other calls.

This app is the bare minimum of what someone should expect, when it comes to health related services. It can, and has completely erased my account as far as the info I submitted to open it. Made in China comes to mind when using this app. Who knows?

App could use some work, pharmacy staff is otherwise friendly and helpful. Service was great in a timely manner.

So easy to use! Just wish ready to pick up notices were sent when done. Otherwise perfect.

This is the best pharmacy!! Cal and Janice are very through and take time to explain any interactions I may have. The whole team works so hard to make the business run smoothly. They go out of their way to help fill refills when doctor's need to be called. On top of all of that I love that every one knows me and is always kind and friendly.

All I keep getting is sign in failed. Got a new password and says the same thing. Fix your app this is ridiculous.

Good app, however there's no provision for sending a message to the pharmacy, such as to tell them you have a new prescribing doctor. This has recently caused a problem for me. Could you please correct this, or add that function? Thank you!

Update...they quickly responded to my review and promptly resolved the issue. (It let me select my local pharmacy but after that I couldn't get past entering my info. Trying to refill a prescription and after I type my name and birthday, there is literally no enter button. There's no way to get past that step.)

so handy, you can request refills anytime. no, waiting on the phone, or getting through the endless options before speaking to someone.

This app is by far the best ever. It not only allows you to quickly and easily order refills you also always have a list of the medications you take daily as well as the dosage. 100% recommend.

Very hard to set up. Refill reminder makes you set dosage reminder too. No explanation. No directons. No instructions. Very poor.
