My CookBook (Recipe Manager)

I've had a paid subscription for a few years now, and use almost every time I cook. I love having one place to keep recipes together, stock ideas from internet recipes and easily email my recipes to friends. The internet version is great for typing in family recipes or from a cookbook. Multi language support is perfect for bilingual households like mine :-) The planning and shopping list features are a little clunky- just good, not great.

I love this app! Talk about making cooking convenient! I'm old-fashioned yet new to cooking, so I'd been printing tons of recipes and carrying them all over with me! I usually travel a decent amount- and found that having an array of dirty, disheveled and crumpled papers all over would not work- when I already have plenty to cart around! Also, before this app I had several instances where I planned to make something & had the items available, but the recipe was forgotten at home. No more!

Even with the ad free app, you can only synch 100 recipes. And I've reached out to customer service, but not having much luck. There are 2 different cookmates (online and all versions) apparently and it gets very confusing trying to problem solve via email. I wish I would've have wasted money on this app. It shouldn't be so complicated to get a new phone and have my recipes easily copy over. I've searched for a recipe app I liked and thought this was it. Well, only if you never plan on upgrading

Excellent app for recipes! It's extremely easy to add a recipe fromt the Internet and I can use multiple devices as it synchronizes when opened. I really like it :-)

Excellent recipe app to capture recipes. I give it 4 stars because there are still minor bugs. I found some workarounds but, it's time consuming, and there other bugs that are not functional.

Great app! Love the prefill option. Be even better if when editing, you could add steps or ingredients in the middle of a list, rather than only at the bottom of current list of either.

Amazing recipe app. I use it to store my go to recipes from my family and friends. I haven't tried adding to it from websites, but I will! I love how it breaks things into the seperate categories (ingredients, instructions) so it's easier to read! Recommend for anyone looking for a great recipe app!

Good app. Took some time to transfer my recipes from ChefTap, but everything seems to be working fine now. Imports recipes smoothly and accurately from Firefox. I would be lost without it. Recommended!

I've tried several recipe/list apps and this is one of the better ones. It's not perfect - would love it if it automatically sorted the shopping lists into categories that you can put in order of the aisles in the store. It's not that hard to do it myself, it's just extra steps. It's easy to add recipes and syncs nicely across multiple platforms. And it's one of few that has an Amazon app, which is nice since I often use my Kindle to do my meal planning.

The best EVER! This app will let me easily add recipies on my PC, or in person on my phone. I can create a shopping list from selected recipies, see pictures, and email or text my recipies to friends with almost no effort. I can create my own categories and apply more than one category to a recipe. I can share my library with others as well. I LOVE this app and use it all the time to create my weekly menu or special dinners. I don't ever want to cook without it. Update:Still the BEST!!

One of my favorite and most used apps! It is so convenient to have all my apps on my tablet in the kitchen. Pregnancy brain has hit me hard. When it cane time to make the meals I'd planned & shopped for early, I would keep forgetting what I was making but now that I can save the recipes in a snap, it works as a reminder for me! The meal planning section could use some work. I wish you could see like a week at a glance but it's not a deal breaker at all.

I really love this app. I can add ANY recipe from the internet and it adds everything for me. Picture of the dish, all ingredients and complete cooking directions. This is definitely going to help me with my diet and planning meals. I'm definitely going to be adding the paid version. It's great & the app's design is easy to navigate & has a nice simple design.

Iv had this app for a while and have been adding lots of recipes to it. Now I cannot see any of my recipes, only the icon. Iv refreshed the app several times, looked for updates but still nothing. 100s of my recipes and hard work all wiped out. Very disappointing and sad

I love this app! I especially like that I can find recipes that are suitable for one or two people or just for any other recipes I find interesting and be able to have a place to keep them. I made a sticky toffee date pudding with chai tea at Christmas and was able to locate it using the Google feature and now I have it so I can make it again without having to go to the website where I found it. I haven't tried the menu planning yet but I may do that once I have more recipes for one or two.

I see a recipe I want to try across various internet platforms and with a few clicks the recipe is added to the app. Very easy to navigate!

Very handy app, you can organise recipes into groups too so easier to find. The only thing is this was supposed to have taken over from cookbook available on your Google nest display, so that you could use your assistant too, but for some reason this doesn't happen. Really good apart from that though, I recommend 😊

The app is very good. One suggestion is options to add timer to each step in directions, which can be activated with 1 click. You need it all the time, but now need to switch do different apps to activate it, and it's a mess.

I would not recommend this App. I bought the pro version some years ago to get rid of advertisements. This company changed its business model from purchase based to monthly subscription. Completely disregarding those who had already paid for the App under the old business model. I already bought the App and never agreed to a monthly subscription. I would not recommend doing business with this developer.

A great app to help you keep your recipes organized and available wherever you are. Easy to add additional recipes as needed. Allows me to prepare all my favorite recipes at a moments notice wherever I may be and its easy to use. Try it for yourself and you'll see.

Thee way adds take over the page when trying to load an Internet recipe is absolutely frustrating at its peak! The ongoing annual sub puts me off buying. Otherwise an ok program till I find something that is not an annual sub.

It's amazing! This app is wonderful! I use it nearly every day and I love it! It's easy to import recipes from most sites, it shares recipes well, and it works cross-platform! It's got a nice G.U.I. and the landscape view is cleverly designed. Honestly, it's just a spectacular app.

Convenient, organized, adjustable. It's great at uploading recipes from any website, and you cam always edit any recipe to your liking or add your own

So easy to use, gathers the necessary info from sometimes quite a rambling narrative and constructs an easy to follow recipe without the unnecessary conversation.

It is simply what I need for all my recipes. Making new recipes is easy and finding new recipes is also easy.

Just use for adding own recipes, wish you could edit a recipe without deleting all the lines first. Would also like to be able to share app recipes with partner.

This is a wonderful recipe app. Easy to access recipes. The only thing I can't link is my recipes I downloaded.
