If yes, you can now get the chance to manage your account by yourself!

My COSMOTE application gives you the ability to manage via your mobile phone the account or your accounts related to your mobile or fixed line, get informed about issues connected to your account, view and activate services, as well as switch your tariff plan.More specifically, free of any access passwords you can manage your mobile connection as follows:


- View your available balance in airtime, messages, MB
- Pay and get informed about the amount of your monthly bill, the payment date and other important information such as the summary of your calls
- Enable or disable services and SMS/MMS bundles
- Transfer credits to other COSMOTE prepaid numbers
- Inquire about your current tariff plan or switch to any new.

Moreover, you can manage your fixed connection as follows:
- Get information about your monthly bill and also pay it
- Get information about your active services.

You can also:
- Contact the Customer Service Center in written form or by telephone via the "Call shortcut"
- Find the nearest shop of our Sales Network.

Note: If you have consolidated your passwords so that you can access your account using the same username and password for My COSMOTE Mobile and My COSMOTE Fixed, then you will be able to see through My COSMOTE Application all information related to your connections via the automatic detection, without having to login using your passwords! If not, you can view the information of your fixed connection using the same username and password as that you use for My COSMOTE Fixed.

The application runs also in tablets.

The app rarely works. I try to open it in 3 different devices and nothing. It worked last month now it's stuck again. New update a month later: I just updated and the app again is not working. We must go in store like we did last month. And the problem is not my connection. The problem is the app. It doesn't open in any af the 3 devices we have.

The developers tried to create a professional and user friendly app but somehow they failed to make it respond to the user with clear and understandable messages. The app is full of messages like 'Hm, something went wrong". Of course something went wrong but what the hell was that so the user knows how to fix it???

The reason for the 2 stars is mainly the storage usage. I mean, it is up to 824MB with the cache cleared. It is just too much and I really want to uninstall it. Even though Cosmote tries to replace Costumer Service with the app, it is too much storage for an older or not so good cellphone to keep. If you get it to use less storage, it certainly would get more stars. Edit: I already have all data saving options etc the developer suggests. Still huge app... Thank for the tip, though!

Rubbish application! There is too much on each page, the process to add credit is lengthy, too many clicks. The app needs redesigning and this time the developers need to consider the customer needs.

the app seems to be working well and updates the allowance in almost real time. the activation of various offers are almost instant. pity that the network is most of the times SO BAD and I risk losing my job and I have to have a Vodafone and a Wind backup sim cards rising the cost of my wireless internet access to 80-90 euros per month only so I can make a living. (I also have an "up to 24mbps" -non upgradeable due to my location- landline but the speed is bad and it is also unreliable)

I have the same experience as Yannis D in the reviews. The app will not open, it just hangs around at the Cosmote logo. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app as well as clearing my cache brought nothing new. Still hanging on the initial logo. Please make the app work, this is unacceptable.

Very hard to find one's address and personal info. Also difficult to find your previously paid invoices using the app. I recommend less advertising upgrades and such tools and make it quick and user friendly. Going on a year that I'm using it, and given that COSMOTE is a great company (I just subscribed to car insurance as well), the app could be easier to navigate.

Very unwelcoming: as a foreigner it's impossible for me to navigate through the app, because it's only in Greek. In 2022 no English option is an insult. And, aside of that, my 60+ euro per month subscription (one of the most expensive in Europe) in still pending, after a 300€ deposit has been paid yesterday for some unclear reason. I'm very VERY disappointed.

Terrible navigation. Bait button to press them by mistake and surprise you just bought a package. For example you have a data package of 10gb. In the payment page there are buttons for 4,5,6GB packages that you could press by mistake. These are consumed before your 10gb so you will not have the chance to complaint because you didn't use them. The application is designed to pay for more services, for more profit and not for the user. SHAMEFUL.

Awesome! This service is exceptional! They took the time and effort to comment back personally. The experience from the application itself is nothing short of perfection! Terrible if you want to perform business purchases. Form for invoice only accepts Latin characters (without informing or giving an appropriate message) and the payment system freezes on OTP for your card even if you have it enabled. Really painful experience overall.

It does not allow recharging through paypal. I have the latest version and the payment problem is already months old. If you can not provide the most basic functionality of a subscription managment app, why did you bother to make an app in the first place?

Sadly, there is no English version. Next, when I try to sign up for Cosmote Neo and use my credit card, I am taken to a screen which is mostly blocked by a frame of whitespace. This means I am unable to enter the Mastercard code sent to my mobile device. Impossible to make the credit card payment. Someone did not fully do usability testing. So now what to do to try to sign up and pay?

Want to use it to top up my mobile. There seems to be nowhere to do that. Chat is not chat, just FAQ's. No search option. No English version. I have just received feedback saying to click on the plus sign next to my number when I enter the app. Firstly my number doesn't appear on entering and secondly when I do eventually find it, there is no plus sign. A simple button on the home page with 'ananeosi' would make life a lot easier.

The app is fine, the company isn't. I have see the internet connection from this company in 3 different areas (Kozanh,thessaloniki and thermi) all areas is the same, unstable connection and from this you buy you take the 1/3 if you are lucky. The technical support is bad too all the time say's the same thing. Really disappointed for this company if you dry find provider internet try someone else if you can choose only this company have a good luck

It has been at least six months I can't login. Using mobile number it gets up to the point where the verification sms comes in and then 'an error has occured' Trying to login with account, same thing. Being on a business contract and not being able to see usage stats and remaining credits makes the app useless and with a recent VERY frustrating recent experience on the landline (on the same account) makes having a business contract with Cosmote pretty much pointless.
