Addictive in the beginning but after 20-22 level everything slows down. Currently on level 34 from last one week and needs a lot of XP to reach next level and i think needs to tap atleast 100000000000000000x on buildings to get those xps . Crashes a lot whenever tries to move a building. Moreover no update has been made.
After playing this game for over 2 years, I made my first in-app purchase. The first thing that happened was that the game froze as soon as I made the purchase. I contacted customer service right away. I had to uninstall and reinstall it. The item I purchased did not appear. After nearly a month of wrangling with CS, I still have not been able to access my purchase. At one point, it was in my "gifts" but when I clicked "use" nothing happened. CS has now told me that my issue is closed.
I ordered the April fools item it was 6.99 in real money and now the game is not playing. I go to play and I get kicked out. Either give me my money back or give me my items if you suggest I have to restart. Was the big joke as stated was I spend real money and you kick me off? I have tried to report it 5/6 times. Only GI game not working.
I used to love playing this game and had a relatively big city but when I logged back into the game on my new device (Galaxy S6 Edge) the game not only constantly crashes but all my previous progress has been removed! If these issues are fixed then i'll rate the game higher.
This is be a good app for introducing the concept to someone who hasn't played a city building game before. But I have 2 major frustrations with the game that make it discouraging to play. I doubt the following two problems will be fixed since the app hasn't been updated in over 2 years. (1) it crashes for unexpected reasons possibly related to making changes to my building lay out. When the app crashes, it loses all the changes I made since the last time I opened the app. (2) as others have noted, the app doesn't confirm when I spend "Country Bucks" (the currency which is earned very slowly or can be purchased with real money). When the wrong button is accidentally pushed, the app will spend "Country Bucks" without confirming that choice with me.
Oh fool me once, fool me twice. No way a 3rd time! I purchase a offer for country dollars and decorations as soon as I hit pay my game crashes and wont let me in. Second won't allow me to ad friends from facebook! Could be a great game to many flaws.
I have been stuck rebuilding the same buildings all morning, only for everything to be still there except those stupid and annoying snowballs I collected. I am tired of Santa and of the frosty the snow man. Why do we need so many snowballs for every single Christmas thing?! I enjoyed the game up until I lost those hard to get snowballs. I hired a snow man and now I don't have him or a snowball to complete my toy factory or my giant annoying tree that needs too much crap to build.
Good game but has annoying issues and confusing rules. I like that it has a quick and easy tutorial at the start. But if i want to reset the game it is not clear how with out uninstalling. The game moves painfully slow. seems like you are always waiting on things to build. I don't mind waiting but 5-8 hours? really? The game will tell that you need to build something but you are not at the era level you need to be to do it. When building things i get that you need to hire people to support it but you are required to build other things to acquire the items needed to hire the person and once you build an item that is later on needed the game does not remember that you built it previously. Now you have to build two or three. Country buck are confusing and i just don't see the value in them.
Okay I've had this game off and on going 6 years now and every time I play this game when I want to try to renovate it freezes on every stinking time I sent an email after email after email and yet there's nothing done yet about it and it's a little irritating I like this game a lot but yet you can't fix a little problem if you would fix the bugs stop the lag and fix the freezing problem so I can enjoy a game longer than 25 minutes each time I give you 5 star but until then its only getting one star
I've expanded a few times and have now come across a bit of land that needs a silly amount of country bucks and after reading some comments I refuse to make in app perches. I really do hope this changes as I've been playing awhile and love the game. But if I have to use country bucks I will be un installing.
I wish I could give this app 5 stars as I had originally, but now I am just going to uninstall...as much as I loved it to begin with. Have tried to contact u several times. Once I reached a high level, the game simply stopped. I cannot even give u my ID info because the game won't load! Are u no longer supporting this game? I had a beautiful city going, and no, I do not like the 2020 version at all. Sad. Uninstalling!
This is a great game but wish you had more places to exspand your city so you can make lakes and be able to make kinda like farm land. Also having problems trying to visit my friends city to help out. Keep getting kicked or phone restarts.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo and I have this game installed since 2 months and now when I have reached a higher level, the game crashes and some data is left unsaved and when you reopen, at that time your progress is a bit reversed. Please solve this issue.
Sometimes the game freezes and all my progress is lost, please look into this :-( also when i build the structure from world map it returns back as if it wasn't built and i am losing all world map tries, totally disappointed with this game since the devs don't look into these matters:-( :-(
1. 3 months and still can't open bus line no way to get parts you need except real money 3. 2 weeks never ever get parts, and items world thing the same no parts and it's plain wrong you have to rebuild them again once you build them and earn them and still building Christmas Tree so full of BS not funny!!! 3 all free gifts on your Facebook page never got a one if there only for folks on computer say so. And last 4 cost so dang much to do anything you run out of money fast so you can't expand your game.
How come its called my contry when you only start with a few buildings and It takes you about 1 year to actually make a city
Something is wrong with the game. It won't let me add friends or even see the friend page. I also could not get onto them game insight page from the game.
They need to have some kind of Quality Assurance Testing for these games before they are even allowed to be downloaded. Games this bad shouldn't even be allowed to be advertised! Unless all the bugs are fixed, the game stops crashing and the games not so time wasting its not worth the time.
Used to play this game and had a huge city but when I reinstall this app in my new device, not only I had to restart from beginning, the game keeps lagging and kicks me out in the middle of building upgrade and construction. Due to this, I keep losing money as I had spend on the buildings before I got kicked out. Used to be an awesome game but now, hard to say the same... A real disappointment.
It will be better if you fix error when i move something then its going hang and should start it over n over

I have been searching for a game like this for a long time and now I've found it its easy and fun. The best bit I like about it is that you don't have to build the road the road already joins to the building you want instead of wasting time and drawing the road
I have just re-started playing this game and I can't believe the same reason I stopped playing is still a problem wen moving buildings it crashes and reverses the things done sooooooo annoying
Every time i delete anything then push the check mark it crashes. I enjoy this game but when I'm in the game for 30 minutes and everything I had done is erased, I want to smash something and it won't be my phone. I wish it could be one of your faces. This game has been around long enough to have fixed these issues. I have to delete this game and i won't be playing any of your other games. Bye
