Used this app for years, and they suddenly shut with a message to email them to get my data back (same email listed as the developer contact here). I tried several times to contact them for my data, never got a response. Really frustrating not being able to get back my data, reflecting years of my health info.
I've looked at others but keep going back to this app. It's the most helpful without being super cheesy (for some reason that seems to be a thing with many other period calendar apps). Accurate and smart, with useful data.
Has potential,appears as if it will be fit for purpose when glitches get sorted, nice unpink options for wallpaper, unfortunately the calendar is messed up with numbers repeated. I am not whether I can put in my old info that I have saved from the previous app or not.
This app was good while it lasted. In the weeks before the app was discontinued, a message appeared upon launch of the app informing of the end date. It also gave an email address and said to contact the developer after the app was discontinued to relieve personal data. I did that, and was asked my username which I assumed would be my email address. It's not, and now I have no way of finding out what my username was, and no way to get my personal data. Very disappointed in this developer.
I'm extremely frustrated that the app and all my data has been locked, and that emails are no longer being answered. I needed my LMP date at a prenatal appointment and discovered the app was discontinued. Why freeze the app and prevent people from accessing their data??!!
Was a really good app. No adverts. Really reliable and could change stuff around really easily. By far the best one out there. Have used it for years. Am really sad this app has ceased. Everyone i have looked at sjnce doesn't compare.
This was a great app while it was around. Very disappointed that we weren't given the opportunity to download our data before the app closed. I came in to record my cycle today and the app is gone? No prior warning? Is there any way we can get our data back? Even just to manually record it? So disappointed and quite frankly annoyed.
It used to be good and i had been using it for several years but when i tried to login from a different device recently it wouldn't let me login no matter what (the new password request mail never arrived). Than it logged me out and never let me back in on my original device either... I sent mail to the developers several weeks ago about the issue with no reaction whatsoever.
I just went on to see what my next period was and it says the app is no longer available (even though I was just on it yesterday December 3rd) which means I can't even go back to look at any notes that I have had or when I put in any other information for that matter! All I want is to be able to get all my information so I can put it on something else as I NEED that information!! I've had this app for many years and it was the best one and fantastic and now there's this!!??
For some time now I am having login issues (app logged me out). I asked for reset, still waiting for my mails (yes multiple). I lost a lot of data also. There are other apps, but my data. Well, I miss it. Also cycle isn't reseting anymore with first day.
I will miss this app! For this version is no longer supported and the upgrade button has been disabled. But it really was convenient and fun while it lasted!👍👍
this app is pretty decent but if your period is late , it won't say that, it just keeps changing the date to say "period due in 1 day" . Same if you forget a month, you can be on day 52 and it will say period due in one day. not ideal. But otherwise it is ok
keeps crashing every time i open up the app. it'll work when it wants to. ive used this for years and its been pretty accurate but now it just seems to not want to work properly. guess i will have to look into another app.
I'm sad to see it go! It has been my only cycle app for years. It has worked so perfectly for me and correctly predicts my period and ovulation every time.
I literally just opened this app yesterday, with no problem. I tracked my period in January, despite the app apparently having been discontinued prior to that. Everything is gone today. I never got a warning.
App discontinued a while back, no notifications. Unable to retrieve data or reset acct access.
Very helpful app, great references when reviewing past cycles and doctors visits. I have been using it for the past almost 5 years, it was fairly accurate when cycle would come occasionally day before or day after sometimes it would predict but for the most part it was accurate. Ovulation was also accurate. However, very disappointed that I tried to save my data and was not able to. So I lost all my information.
