I have been using the app for years. Now it is unable to backup data. It will no longer save to sdcard (it says complete but the file is not present) and the backup to email gets an error. There is no way to troubleshoot and I don't want to Uninstaller and reinstall because I will lose the data. Please fix.

For the last few day the app keeps crashing please fix it. 5/18 still having crashing issues pls fix asap otherwise will need to use another app

I just updated to the most recent version to check it out, the app still says that my backup has been saved to my phone but when I go to look for it, I CAN'T find it. My saved file has not worked/ saved correctly since version 3.6.6.. I hope it's fixed ASAP because I've used her app for years and I love it!

Too many ads. Can't do anything with out watching ads constantly. Horrible. Used to be good

I've never had an app that holds you hostage and makes you watch two or three long ads before being able to get in. I'm done with them. Getting all my info out and switching to something else.

I have been using this app for over 4 years and when I got a new phone now it won't back up to my email or SD card. I am very upset that I am having to manually enter 4 years of data into a new period app, not to mention the frustration of finding a user friendly app, which has taken DAYS.

I've recently switched to a new device and have transferred the backup file into my new phone. However every time I try to load data from sd card, it shows "error reading backup". It's been like this for more than a week and it's really getting on my nerves. Tried backing up to email and it doesn't work at all. Been using this app for years and really don't want to start the app fresh. Wrote to the email provided and didn't get any response too. Would be good to get some response from here. Will update to 5 stars if my problem is resolved.

I used this app for several years, and it was decent. I didn't mind the occasional ad, since I know that is how most free apps make their money. But in the last year, the ads have gotten ridiculous. Sometimes several minutes worth of non-skipable commercials just to quickly check where I am at in my cycle. Super inconvenient. Then today, the app crashed and I was repeatedly getting messages that the app was not responding and did I want to close it. I'm getting a different app!

People (including me) are upset about the CHANGE in ads. I had a very old version on my old phone where the ads were unobtrusive. That's not the case anymore, on my new phone where I had to update the app (I backed up the old version but the settings button to restore my data from backup didn't load on the new phone). I was bothered enough by the change that I decided I was going to learn how to make my own app. Ads are fine but not all ads are created equal. Good no-nonsense tracker otherwise.

App keeps crashing and messing up my phone. Ever since the last update, it just keeps popping up on my phone every minute literally that the app is not working. I have had this app for years and never experienced this. Please fix!! The app has had 400 crashes in the last 2 hours and causing me to not be able to use the rest of the apps on my phone including my regular messaging app.

I loved this app. But the ads are ridiculously annoying. They interrupt you seconds after opening the app. Half the time I'm mid type and it switches to an ad, then ends up taking me to the play store to download whatever crappy game they're trying to shove down your throat. I'll definitely be switching to another app.

Along with most recent comments I have had this app for many years. I have loved it an the simplicity of it. Now with these ads that take forever and u cant back out of I hate to I am going to have to look for a new one. There are free ones that either have no ads or less.The ads are so bad that if u are starting to put a password in they turn right on. I hate to even open the app now. Please reconstruct this I am sure many others would like to keep it b but probably at the same point.

I have had this app on every phone I've had for years. Loved it. Worked great. Then opened it one day and now I CAN'T DO ANYTHING (in the app or my phone in general) until I've watched a 30 second to a minute ad! I get that ads can help keep an app free but this is overkill ( not to mention that all those previous years without ads the app was doing/working just fine). And of course if you try to let them know or complain, they just give you a link for the paid version.Why not make them shorter

Used to be a good tracker. For years when you opened it the app would show an ad screen that immediately had an x at the top to exit the screen and get to the app. Now, you have to sit through 30 seconds of ads for games to get into the app. Frankly, I'm spending much more time waiting for ads to stop than the quick reference I'm trying to see in the app. I will be uninstalling! UPDATE :Resolved only temporarily. BACK to lengthy ads. I'm over this app.

I use to love this app. I don't know what happen, but now the prediction days are off and there is way too many ads that pops up when I just want to check my next cycle day. Will be collecting all my info and switching to another app.

I used this app for years. About a week or two ago, I got a pop up on my phone that this app crashed. I chose close, but the message kept coming up. I couldn't even use my phone until I uninstalled the app. So now all data is lost and I have to start over with a new tracker. And telling us all to reinstall the app won't help unless it brings back all of our data

Used this for years with no problems. Finally upgraded, and now it doesn't work. If I tap on a day nothing happens, no menu of options, nothing. The only thing working is that it WILL scroll through months with the left and right arrows. Really frustrating.

The ads kill me everytime when I open it. Multiple ads lasts for 30 seconds or longer. You can't skip the ads but have to wait until it ends by itself. If you accidentally touch your screen, it will just take you to the download page of that ad. Very frustrated to use this app.

I used to love the app as I have used it for several years but I cannot deal with the ads. If I recall correctly, I paid for the premium app so I would not have the ads and I still do. Going to uninstall.

Ads are incessant, so looong and with no option to skip forward. I've found a better alternative.

I cannot backup my data. I have changed phone and I don’t know how to avoid loosing everything. Can you help? It doesn't allow me to save either on the SD or email. Thank you.
