This was a nice app. It worked great for awhile untill my phone got a software update. Now if you try to make a selection and hit the blue link, the link won't work. I have to hit it several times in different places to find the right spot for it to work. My password stop working. I had to use a temporary password to get in. I contacted DC water a couple of times. The app still not fixed and there is no link for the new password. I have a new phone. Still won't work.
Update 2/28/20 It's been months since my last review. At what point are you going to fix this issue. You clearly want your money on time and won't hesitate to cut someone off or charge them a late fee. So when are you going to fix this? 50% of the time the app doesn't work. It would be very useful if it worked when it's supposed to. I could pay my bill without hesitation and without a threat of fees or disconnection. Update: 6/30/19 SERIOUSLY... When is the app going to fixed. Thanks
App doesn't work. Can't get past login screen. Buttons nonfunctional. A classic case of someone saying let's make an app for customers to use but not following through with sustainment and updates
I thought maybe if I downloaded the app it would be easier than the site. Boy was I wrong. For something designed for me to pay you, one would think the app would actually work. If I'm lucky enough to be able to pay my bill it takes an hour with endless frustrations.
The developer is based out of Richardson, Texas. That said, this app is a pain to finally sign into once you provide all information to get registered. Its a task when you complete registration. At some point when you come back to login and realize that your user name and password are not saved when you try to login again and have to go through the pains of trying to re-register just to be able to sign in. The developers dont know what they are doing and don't give an iota for its users.
Unresponsive app and website. Can not use login password that I create, have to use the one time payment feature when on the website. With the app I was not able to sign in, view my bill. I couldn't do anything. Should I say more?
App needs updating. It has many glitches. I can't even log in. Is there any government business that is run efficiently?
App stopped working months ago. Doesn't allow the user to log in. Links on the app are disabled. Pretty useless because you cannot link to the website from the app.
Un responsive. Also the app asks for you account number and "check digit" to get your user name, but doesn't define what "check digit" is.
Horrible,every time I put in my password and Username ID it would come back saying Information is wrong, I would double check and tripple check and would come back saying the same thing.
Unfortunately the app doesn't seem to be working. Once you input your user name and password and hit login, nothing happens.

my note 9 has issues logging in. girlfriend's iPhone has no problem. need update for every customer to use the app.

This app would be great if it worked like it was suppose to. I thought it was so convenient that there was an app to pay the bill. But I soon learned it was not all that great. When it does work the setup is easy to understand and laid out well. It's entirely too unresponsive, I find myself clicking the same button multiple times wondering if it works. I can get on a computer and be done in minutes but I am not always near a computer so this app was to fill that void. This app could be great...
