My Dental Clinic

Been using this for two years now. The problem is it doesnt sync to the web. So basically this application is useless. Just use the web version in laptap or smart phone browser.

Straight to the point, does what I need it to do. Can't wait for future updates. Would gladly pay a monthly subscription. On the developer side of things, it would be nice if the feature list would be expanded with: -Ability to export and import patient database, -Ability to make edits from my computer (can't beat a mouse and keyboard combo) -Option to remove unwanted or unnecessary patient info. For example I only need or have the privilege to collect their name, last name and phone number. The option to remove all other fields would make my work flow much faster, as there would be no scrolling. -Ability to connect an external x-ray machine to take x-rays directly (I presume this would be a pain to code, but it would be amazing if it's possible). On this note, maybe an option to link images to certain tooths, say I have an local RTG of a tooth imported into the patient file, it would be nice if it could be linked to a tooth; when I click on it to see the notes, it would show the x-ray('s)

Once in a while, some records cannot be updated. It gets stuck at "please wait". The record has to be deleted and recreated to work. The download function also doesn't work sometimes. The download options appear, then the screen doesn't change when you hit the submit button

Everything was ok but from my mobile i am not able to upgrade myself for better features can not give good ratings until the issue is resolved i even wrote to the team of the app but have not received any response

highly recommended to my colleagues. Im Just Wondering how much it'll cost me to subscribe. i hope its affordable. if there is one thing to point out. the Loading time is bothering me. is it me or my slow internet connection. im worried if too much data would slow down the App. Auto Text message would be a nice add on the app for recalls and scheduled treatment. Overall it does need some polishing. too good to be true for a free App, if the pricing is Reasonable im definetly going to subscribe.

This is one of the most essential apps I've ever used; very user friendly, makes your work very organised, it's on the go and you can even feed in patients' data when offline! Well there are just a few shortcomings that have made the developers miss my 5* mark though; please correct the grammar (does the patient 'has' allergies to 'have'); could you also come up with a desktop version; then finally, can you please increase on the number of devices the app can be installed. Thank you!

Hi Love this app. Looks very easy and simple. What is the subscription fee for upgraded version? Can the back up files viewed in my mobile or desktop offline? When i tried files couldn't be viewed after unzipping. Do we need any software to view unzipped file?

The App is user friendly and I saw that my subscription will end by 2020, how much is the cost after 2020? It will be very helpful if we could print out the payments and is there a way that we could also create a back up Database locally even its cloud based? is there a contact number that we can call or email for any issues or escalations? do we also have an SLA (Service level agreement) incase an issue was reported by users/subscribers of the App?

super easy to use simple yet efficient app , i start use it for my clinic and i love it .. the managment section are awsome .. but the charting is weak !! i cant type the patient teeth condition before the treatment .. i cant enter one treatment on multiple teeth for example bridge on three teeth ..

I've play around & love this app & their web app as well.If only they can make the dental chart appear with all recorded findings on 1 visit (e.g patient has multiple caries, missing teeth & implant etc) I would straight away buy the full version. Right now the dental chart only works per procedure, so there would be a full list of 32 teeth in the dental chart note instead of a summary on the chart itself.

I just download the app, the interface is very simple and user friendly, I think it has many undiscovered features yet, I have a question concerning the plus version, is it time limited?

Hello Devs. its a perfect app, but please make an option to log out. I'm already connected to 3 devices, two of which are the same. I want to switch over to the new device. Will I get a too many devices connected error?

I download your then im going to upgrade premium plus fill up the details requird i put my password he did not accept.

The app itself is not just amazing but certainly very impressive. It thus makes my practice so much easier. Not to mention that the developer of the app is very accomodating to my queries. A must to all dental practitioners!

Nice app , user friendly ,helpful. The continuous syncing is really annoying.

I am using the free trial , making that desition , but one thing i thing is necessary including the e-mail to send their dental appointments , for the rest , is a great app so far

I want to send appointment reminder message to patient by software with sender ID as Clinic name. But this app sending message as text from my own phone no. without SENDER ID.

Please make a feature to add or remove devices I need to add my phone as new device but I couldn't do that. I sent you 2 emails with no replay

very good app..but i have changed my mobile..bt now i can not open my account from new mobile..it says more device connected..i had already disabled previous mobile account..app people solved my problem instantly ..nice service..

Really liked it, its so easy to use and simple to manage your dental patient's record.

I like the app but i wonder how can i add another doctor to the doctor list

Very good app and straight to the point but we need the option to add more than a one dental clinic in case if i operating in more than one

Excellent database and user friendly. Only one suggestion try to add consent form option with digital signature option..

When I open the app it just won't load at all.... Been waiting for more than 5 minutes for it to load and nothing happens.... Is it downloading any additional data o something?

I am loving the app. But I gave 4 stars because it doesn't have the option to log out from the account to login on another device.
