This app needs updating. It rejects my email and random correct information. It functions when it wants to. Whats the point of having an app and it not work.
App needs to be updated, even when you try to follow the directions to register your device, it doesn't let you. There is absolutely no convenience here
The app used to be decent, however it no longer works at all. Either since the website remodeling or since new android upgrade.
I cannot access my account it keeps starting over. Now I can't access it on my desktop either. Worst app ever, need to get rid of the developer
No longer stays open. Uninstalled then reinstalled and still closes upon launching the app. Use to work!! Useless!
This app was great for me to track on water usage. Ever since my last update on Android updates the app won't open.
developer needs to fix pay bill option. when clicking this option user is unable to click back or use other option. only way to go back is to reinstall apps

After noting NYC water shortage for decades as a child I did a cursory examination into hydrant waste. Extrapolated out only two boroughs, Bk and Q I concluded locking the hydrants would solve all water shortages and provide needed reserve capacity for tunnel repair measures to take place. NYC implemented magnetic hydrant locks which solved this waste. Curb cut gardens take the load off of the single sewer pipe system of Bk and Q etc. during flash flood rains. Beaches will benefit greatly.
Will not let me log in. Going to delete the app I have a Samsung Note 9. Very disappointed...

The world's dumbest app developers worked on this app. Last updated in 2015, why is this still being recommended on the official website?
They have to upgrade to have working with Andriod 11 app...thus app is only compatible with older apps....please fix this issue asap.....would have receive zero stars 🌟 but was unable to post unless I rate it...which I was force to give it one star...in the meantime fix this issue...issue is still ongoing saying my "device not registered"
