My Device Pro

I'm changing my review, up to 5 stars. Previously, I said the Pro version had ads. Wrong! Turns out, I had both versions. Thought Pro was an upgrade, not a different app. I continued using the free version, thinking it was upgraded to Pro, with ads still on it. Through emails, the developer helped me understand what was going on. So, I uninstalled the free version (so I wouldn't confuse myself) and I only use Pro. They were very helpful. Thank you, 3k!

Great, simple, intuitive.

Was supposed to show the device serial number but never did work, so after numerous emails to customer support, instead of fixing it they removed that feature. Waste of money, should never have thrown my dollars away on this junk app when free ones are available that are ad-free & just as good, if not better. Horrid customer service.

I like the APP as far as it works, but I have one problem with it. It's not designed to orient per the user 👤 screen orientation. I use my Phone, and or Tablet mostly in WIDE-SCREEN-MODE FOR GREATER HANDICAPPED-USER-ACCESSIBILITY. AS WIDE-SCREEN-MODE ALLOWS FOR MORE ACCESSIBILITY LIKE LARGER-TEXT IN THE DISPLAY. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR APP TO ALSO ORIENT TO THE USER'S 👤 SCREEN 💻📟📱ORIENTATION. It doesn't appear that you have read this review. I haven't seen any response from you yet. 11-08-21-AM

After using the free app for five minutes, I purchased the pro upgrade. My Device gives the user an in-depth overview of phone, system and memory. Kudos to the developer for an app that does and operates exactly as advertised!

Great app for complete device info. The Settings app crashes when I tap on Status, on my old tablet running 5.1.1. Both the free version and Pro provide all the info I could not see.

Worth paying, Great app with lots of device information. Love the UI of My device pro, as it's clearly explains all the device information. Thanks for the dark mode also. Recommended to people looking for device specific information's like battery, cpu, sensors, memory, network, storage, user apps etc

I may have missed it, but easy access to 3-dimensional GPS is not shown. Otherwise, this is a most excellence app for discovering my phone.

An exceptional piece of software. The only thing it's missing is showing you your IMEI number probably on the opening page for convenience

i love this ap. its free and tells me everthing i need to know about any phone ive used. (im a note fan note 8 and now note 10 plus.) so because they are honest and made an excelent app. i went ahead and bought pro. which is nothing xtra. but toshow appreciation for great work. i have paid. thank guys ill b looking for more products from u.

definitely tells you everything you wanted to know about your phone. I bought the Pro version and I can't tell the difference between the Pro and the free version. But I don't mind paying it but for the app so I'm just going to leave it as is.

Onestop app to get all the info about your device. I installed it in all my devices. I have 2 questions: 1) what extra features did i get after buying Pro? It looks same with without pro to me. 2) does it give info about gps sensor and its coordinates and/or speed and other gps related values?

actually 4.5 stars. it's almost 5...the issue is that when our phones gets newer/better(or worse?) then the apps should also be uppgrated. how about this ones performance?

Works well. Some bugs though. Connected WiFi said doesn't appear, says unknown. WiFi Mac address is wrong. Some others I can't remember. On T-Mobile Revlry+ XT1965-T

I have the Samsung S21 Ultra. It comes with 12 Ram. Not 10 as stated in this app. Plus camera pixs, and screen resolution info is wrong. CPU info missing. Mine is Snapdragon 888. I think this apps needs a major update. Glad I only lost .99

Payment of 70 deducted twice - the app did not download after first payment, but only downloaded after second payment. please refund excess amount - Now got back the refund of excess amount from Google Play. Thanks. Done. Increased the rating. 👍

It thinks I have 2 lens but I have 6 so refunded and looking for one that reads modern phones properly and other info is at odds with Samsung and I believe Samsung not this app! Tried again but no its total rubbish I have a 40mp front camera it says 7mp way out fix for Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G and I will buy but if you don't then I won't buy again!

If you want to know anything about all the workings inside your phone, this is what you need. Info on stuff you didn't even know you had. Version, limits, settings, current values, endless.......

Nice App, used the free one. Purchased the "Pro" version because it said it would give info on BOTH internal and external storage. It ONLY gives internal storage information...

100% recommend My Device Pro i have been using it for 2 years with no problems at all. No internet security problems like some apps.

I love the App on the amount of details it shows about my device. The only thing I would add to it, would be the SIM and IMEI numbers in it, as well as the phone number.

Need to know or want to know what's in your phone...this is a good app. Hardware details of everything, is version, camera details, sensor details, app installed and os.

This is one of those apps that actually works. It delivers content it says it can, how it says it can; Accurately swift in a user friendly format.

Lots of technical data, useful reference information. The one miss piece is a search tool to locate specific configuration setting information. Also, no card information for the SIM card, and very limited information about sd-card.

This is a great app for letting you know what is going on, on your device. This app is only limited by what Google allows. Great for testing sensors!

Only shows 2 user apps. If it can't see the said I have installed then why should I trust the info it gives me. Other than that.. cool idea

There is no discernible difference between the free and pro versions. Non-responsive to requests for customer support. Waste of $$!

Great app with a lot of easily accessible device information. New dark mode and the ability to enable °F makes it 5-stars for me.
