My Dierbergs

This app leaves a lot to be desired. It puts products in the wrong aisle but you can't edit it to correct. It sorts seafood, deli and meat to the end of the list though the areas are first as you shop. Again you can't edit to correct. The scan feature misidentifies even Dierbergs products. NO ONE will answer questions about the app. I'll use it until I can find something better. The new version is even worse plus without any warning it did not carry forward the items I had already added.

Looka good at first. Problem 1 - I can't load a coupon into my shopping list. I need it there so I notice it when I am shopping. I actually think the app should search for coupons as I enter items on the list. Problem 2 - When I look for some items that I know to be available in the store, they do not appear in search results. What causes this problem. I can't really use the app if it can't find actual items that are actually in the store.

This is not a user friendly app. The format is busy. Have used apps that allow you to enter your phone at checkout and any purchase that has a coupon is recognized. I think I've clipped and I have not when I get to checkout. This takes me back to getting what I only find necessary at Dierbergs and will find more basics at Schnucks with lower prices.

When in the shopping list view and viewing our coupons list while doing the shopping list. It would be great to see the picture of the item for the coupon. Right now we only see the details for the coupon but not the picture with it so we would have to click on the coupon to make sure thats the one we need. Please include the picture along with the detailed information make for a better experience

It would be nice if the coupon list was added to the shipping list. It is pretty inconvenient hopping back and forth between the two lists hoping to you are catching the correct aisle. An option to add the coupon list to the shopping list would be great.

App used to work, now it fails to remember login. Login and it says need to set favorite store but can't do that. Select store does nothing and trying to see ad causes app to lockup with loading glyph have to kill app or power reset. Last 2 trips to store did not recognize clipped coupons. One time cashier entered phone number 3 times before it was accepted. Other times have to get service desk or manager to refund coupon value. Have cleared app data and cache and reinstalled no help.

Cannot locate items to add to list, search feature is terrible, should be able to add items even if app can't locate. Even the Instacart, Schnucks and Walmart apps are 10x better than this app.

Useless!! If you want an app to read Dierberg's ad, order catering, or create a generic shopping list (that magically disappears!!), it's for you. There's no other use for this app. The amount of times my shopping list has been wiped and I've lost all the items I've written, I'm done with this app...

I am trying to use this app that I just downloaded. I entered my email in, chose to add an account and when I do so it tells me my email already has an account. I then started over, used the sign in option and choose forgot my password so they send you a code via email. I have tried this twice by entering my email and code they sent and all I get is a message that the email and password don't match. This app is a piece of junk!

This app sucks! There no complete inventory of all products. If you look up Almond milk, for example, all you get is the isle it's in. There is no listing of ALL Almond milks. The products do not show Nutritional Values at all! There are absolutely NO digital coupons when I click on that section! This app is totally useless. Deleting NOW!

App definitely needs a lot of work. Can't online curb shop.. boots you directly to SHIPT. My biggest peeve is if I search "Cabot" or "Cabot dip", it only shows a map and aisle number to find it. No idea what flavors are available or what sizes. If I don't know exactly what I want, I can't find it. If I know what to search for, I get location only. *Hint: go look at the Schnucks app and see the difference. I like Dierbergs, but not the app.

It's a great so but it doesn't recognize the notch on my phone so part of the display gets cut off when i open the slideout menu. Stand out feature for me: it has an actual map of the store and can tell you and show you on what aisle to find products.

I had to do a mandatory update and when I tried to open the app, I couldn't. I had to uninstall the app which took forever to do and then reinstall it and it still gave me problems. Still can't log in. It still says I need to update the app which I did. Cant access my coupons. I spend so much $ in Dierbergs for this app to always give me problems.

Dierbergs should be embarrassed for releasing this to the public. This attempt of having an app and using technology in 2021 seems more like something from 2002. I'm so thankful to know where the frz- brg-765 is located. I can't wait to have the coupon clipping feature working without crashing the app. What a game changer... How did they think of such innovation? All credit to the dierbergs team for such amazing execution.

It keeps telling me to update the app (which i just installed so it doesn't need one.) When I click update, it takes to the Playstore and there's no option to update the app. I can't get passed that screen to even use the app. It forces me to press update and keeps taking me here. When I go back to the app, it's still there.

This app is time consuming and coupons consist of toiletries, pet items and cleaners more than food items Schnucks rewards program much better which is saying a lot since I prefer Dierbergs. Since inception I have probably redeemed less than a dozen coupons

Coupons have not worked since the last update. That's the whole reason I have the app Edit: It's been over 2 months of no coupons and no feedback. Seemingly they gave up on the app. Such a shame, I loved it.

Doesn't take coupons off at the register. I went through 8/9/2020 and got the box flex razors and had a $3 off digital coupons and it NVR came off and clerk said there's nothing she could do but use the $1 manufacturer coupon on PKG. This isn't the first time with them but store won't fix it even if I show coupon. Schnucks app is better and if you call their app number they give you in store money to use on your app and dierbergs doesn't even give you points as much money you spend there

Can't get coupons. Keeps asking for my phone number even though it's already in my account. Then prompts no user token when I try to register my number to get the coupons. Uninstalled and reinstalled, logged in, and still doesn't work.

Dierbergs needs to up their game, at their main competitor Schnucks each purchase adds up to additional savings. Dierbergs hasn't given any discounts like this to their customers. If you uninstall and re-install the app coupons come back.

Here is what I was trying to achieve: find the price of fancy feast cat food. Dierbergs app: after 30 minutes of trying to open the app, trying to reset my password 2x, and searching for prices. I came up with nothing. Schnucks app: Bam! .64 a can. Target: BAM!. 74 a can. Guess I am going to Schnucks today to do my weekly shopping.

Worked pretty well initially but now it doesn't even display digital coupons to clip or use! Cashier at store said doesn't work and people are complaining! Why display signs throughout the store for item with digital coupons and then shoppers can't get the coupons to use? Ridiculous!

Your app is so difficult to use I get fed up with it and write my list out by hand. Half the items I'm looking for do not come up as being in the store. Prices do not come along with the item so I can't plan what I can and cannot buy financially before I actually get into the store.

In general, I like the app, although it can be slow sometimes. It's nice to have a more convenient way of clipping coupons and presenting them at checkout.

Difficult to search for specific items. Generic types are fine, but specific brand, not so much. Makes the shopping list a lot less valuable.

App does not work. After install it allows me to sign in but then closes out automatically when i actually sign in. I have tried this on different days and times with the same results.

If you create a shopping list on you computer, be VERY, patient for it to be available on your phone ... can't add all my items to the shopping list ... for example can't add a bag of ice and can't add Dijon mustard ???

Hard to use and terrible to put in pick up orders. Needs a better way to find things to order, not just add to your grocery list with where to find in store.

Using the app. Would extremely like to see pictures of the products I'd like to order. Just showing location isn't helpful

So as developers you decide to remove RX from the app with no information to the user? That makes a lot of sense. I'm guessing it's because of the takeover by a third party pharmacy but I don't really know because you didn't put any information in the app to let users know the situation. Also If that's the reason, why wouldn't you figure out how to keep it in the app instead of completely disrupting what your users are used to? I'm sure all the elderly users would have no problems here!
