My Digicel

Frustrating. I accidentally clicked on redeem plan thinking that it was a free service provided to me until I saw the amount in the full description. I didn't panic because I was waiting to permissopn to pop up. It never did. Now that one selected the opt out option on the app to stop it from taking my money. And it still did. That credit was sent to me for something important and thanks to digicel I have to pay out of pocket. Never again.

50% of the app does not work, user interface is poor, wording and bundles' descriptions are intentionally ambiguous. Trying to understand the history of your credit consumption is impossible. Don't even try to write to "support", your message gets bottled and thrown into the ocean. And before I forget, be ready to get an insane amount of texts with ridiculous offers, and random advertisements, because your personal data are up for sale.

The issue I have with this app is that it constantly logs you out. Then claims incorrect password when I'm putting in the right password so my password changes often. It also crashes a lot and runs in the background. I only have it because digicel practically forced me to download it.

No longer am I able to open the app without it crashing every, single, time. Yes I have the latest update. I cannot use the "unclaimed rewards" tab either because it just doesn't respond, or I get the "request denied; please try again later" error message which quite frankly, is extremely annoying. Ever since this revamped version of the "My Digicel" app rolled out, it has been one buggy, dissatisfactory experience from a global conglomerate. Sometimes a little is a lot.

As a tourist I found this app next to useless. Most of the time the app would not work and the network was hopeless. Would highly recommend opting for another network when coming to Fiji.

Back in the gutter now, it says you don't need data to use the app but not having data makes the app ANNOYING to use, constant refreshes, crashes and seriously I'm using the app to purchase data yet it seems like it's much better to use *123#. C'mon Digicel you were doing fine but whomever is allowing these updates without thorough testing should be shot.

I'm a digicel user. I purchased a $15 recharge card, but i only used $10 to activate my data, but as time went on i noticed that my balance had gone down from $5 down to $3 & now it's $2.80. I have not touched my balanced to dial out any number whatsoever. So my question is...why am i losing my balance down to this much?? Somebody better give me a good explanation!!

I've just spent 45 minutes trying to pay my bill. I've managed after 40min to pay my mobile bill, but home Internet is still unpaid - app refuses to load. This is unacceptable for a modern company, and BTW your call center is closed at 9pm. You're not giving the impression that you're a competent international service provider. If number portability existed in this market I would be gone. Please get your act together.

As a first time subscriber to the company this app is a horrible representation of your company and it's products. The app is terribly buggy and at each turn the user is face with an error mesgge; this feature is temporarily unavailable.

For starters we are we being charged for your apps & not what we want. We are we being forced to use these apps. If I don't download it I still pay for it in my plans over regular data why? Customer service is total failure on the app. And winning an entry to every thing isn't cool anymore there isn't any winning for actual users like myself posted anywhere. Please improve your service. I want regular data for regular apps not digi apps.

This updated app is useless. Come on digicel you can do it, fix the problems that you have caused. For axample; 1. I can't even send credit to my friends and family's. 2. The gift plan does not work either 3. There is no dmusic reward, I've been hearing and downloading songs from dmusic a year or so and still hoping to continue. 4. And lastly but not least fix the problem.

The new app does not allow me to top up anymore,imagine I had to physically go purchase a top up to cover my prepaid bill..Three years later :April 2022 and the app is still poor...I can't use the top up tab to purchase a top up with my credit card.

This app never works for paying bills. It's absolutely awful. I have to add jy card to the app every month because it always asks me to enter a new payment method. Then it says it needs verification. My bank verifies it and I confirm the payment. And the app sticks!!!! This app is so bad. There seems to be a problem with Ecab and Digicel which everyone knows about, but on one can fix.

Everytime I use this app i am frustrated. The layout and flow of the app is atrocious. A simple desire to set/check auto renew on your plan, or know your data balance or usage is a guessing game. Lots of numbers floating around the UI that you dont know whether belong to your account, or are offers of some kind. Just a disorganized mess. ...... March 2022... There is some improvement to the app UI worthy of 2 more stars.

I'm sorry but why would you guys do those "shake" just for your own apps that are absolutely boring and no one uses. Digicel app is ok but the features such as the 'shake' is so unnecessary. 2 stars for the app.

Hi, this app does not work on latest version on android on Samsumg devices. It consistently crashes as well as the UI is broken in some places.

While the app can be used to execute certain functions, I keep getting notifications to participate in the Shake to Win promotion, but the home page of the app continues to say "Market not found". The app is a pain to use and navigate.

Very frustrating app. I've been trying to create an account for weeks now and it keeps telling me "some required fields are empty." Even though I have filled all the fields there.

Still the voice calls and internet data rates are expensive then other networks. Plans are not really satisfying for me

I cant live with out this app this is the. Best thing i lo Ve it when i cant get my digicel app i am so mad i love it some times i only have five dollar and still can call up friends and family thank you digicel your the best

Frustrating, after installing and you want to log in, it cannot log in, it carries on like forever you will wait. Please fix this problem

What I hate is that with this new update/bug fix or whatever the app got so stupid......half the credit options are gone and when ever u do the shake and win thing it only give the same stupid options that no one wants....

App is not too bad but the problem is when you redeem data it doesn't show on the homepage but the message is already there in the phone.

This app is so unreliable it's a joke. Lacks optimization where the shake to win feature is concerned. Imagine you shake and it just goes back to the homescreen without actually giving you a prize and then you shake again, but that chance to win is now gone. It just needs a little optimization where low end devices are concerned.

Please stop changing the plans overnight. Everyday is a new menu and a new plan, confusing and unfair, y'all including lots of unnecessary features in the plans. Plus it finishes way too fast.

Most thongs don't work in Bermuda The app does not find my bills, when I try things it often says, market not fount, or "not supported in your country. The additional apps like bip and d'music seem to be for pther people, i don't know anybody who uses it hee, the music seems limited to the ceo' taste. Will have to check in the office what can be done about those issues.

After purchasing prepaid bundles frequently your network never allows the remaining data to roll over. If someone buys a one day prime bundle and the buys a 10 day bundle why not allow the (17gb LTE) unused data from the 1day bundle roll over to the 10 day bundle which has only (7gb LTE data) . The 7gb LTE is useless and when it's done the unlimited data is slow and the connection is horrible. I'm seriously looking into switching networks because I'm supporting a company and not getting value 🙄

Horrible app. Only shows the money balance. Very difficult and sometimes impossible to find the data balance.

I cannot see how much data I have and neither can I use the app for whatever else it was created for! So far I am just staring at an "edit my account" page that continously says that my "birth date is invalid"!
