My e-Shop

I have been using this app for about a month or so, and it was working great until I logged out and tried to log back in. It is saying that my email address is not associated with an account, so I created a new account. Now it says that the app is not available for the current subscription that I have, and that I need to upgrade. Upgrade to what exactly??? And it doesn't give any other options other than "Close." Now I no longer have an easy way to add products to my website.

I switched phones and using the email that goes with account and it's telling me that my email wasn't associated. I just received order from that account.

the past few weeks we don't get notifications for sales so constantly have to refresh the app and keep checking what sales have come through. Stock controll has blips in it too which has sometimes caused us to have to issue refunds to customers who have purchased something on our website that isn't actually in stock, despite us doing regular stock checks. Yesterday it has stopped letting us process sales outside the website which causes more issues for offline orders etc.

Very useful.. almost covers all the bases you would need.. But when I try to scan my Shipping label the app completely shuts down Nd kicks me out.. needless to say that it doesn't still save it. It acts like it never happened.

Easy and convenient to use.

App was usually pretty good for adding in new products. It won't save changes now. Edit the SEO and go back in again and it has returned to its original state no change. Won't save any changes! And no updates are pending! When you get notifications for and order and click on it nothing happens.

Sharing items to social media gives bad link. I have to go to my website click the item then share the address. Also, MOST IMPORTANTLY... Cannot add variation😮 that's the one thing that would make this app really useful over using the website on the computer. 5 stars for that update! Love the user interface

would give this 5 stars if the same app for IOS was on android, and it had the ability to use external bluetooth Barcode reader and receipt printer and option in checkout for card & Cash, for when using external card machine, This works off our website, but the one we use at the moment has all these features. but not the inventory connection to our website. If these were added i would be using it and give 5 stars.

The latest update saw bug fixes and some nice improvements, but it gets 3 stars because they took away the option to filter products that were disabled. We use that when inputting products on the website.

I can no longer change the sub categories for an item through the app, so I'm not able to effectively work from my phone. This is an issue with my other Android using coworkers but not with Apple users. This wasn't an issue before the latest update.

Mostly user friendly but I can't seem to find my end of day sales reports, or monthly sales reports. I really need to locate these for tax purposes.

Better than the original Ecwid. No ads, like the counterpart. Exactly the same app otherwise.

No longer after last 2 updates gives audio alerts on android, they will not respond to emails about this. AUDIO alerts are essential please fix!

Was great other than failing to sync automatically. Now it is completely unusable, failing to sign in entirely.

I tried many times to scan the bar code but everytime it says "check your internet connection" and my internet works, please fix this!

I can't log in- I downloaded the app but when I go to the mobile page to scan the code or send myself a text to activate it, there is nothing there.

Every time I scan the QR code to link my store it's saying to check my internet connection 🤷🏻‍♂️. App not usable.
