Challenging to actually get set up. I kept entering my e-mail address to register and got a useless "POST ERROR" message. After several attempts it worked, but it did not accept my password. Again after many attempts it appeared to work. I kept trying to log in but my password was not accepted. It did not tell me that I first needed to check my e-mail to verify the account. I did this and the app finally let me in. I clicked on "My Services" and got a blank page. Every time I log in a get an error that says "UNABLE TO VALIDATE VERSION". It has asked me about push notification enabling twice.

Installing this app is a pointless exercise. I have tried twice and never got past the registration. It gives various error messages and never tells you exactly what the problem is, just a message like"invalid post." Not just useless, but ironically frustrating when you consider it is supposed to be there to help people in distress.

After filling out all the personal information to start a chat, the agent had to ask for this in the chat again anyway and then it was disconnected and i had to start over. Seems buggy. Also the aesthetics of the app itself are either very dated or very low quality? It is not intuitive to use and when trying to book a service the only self serve options through the app are online.

App keeps crashing for me when I'm trying to speak with a counselor app closes itself 10 times in a row even during mid conversation. That is unacceptable what if I was suicidal when trying to reach someone and started self harming then what? I'm just trying to improve my mental health. The way this application has been performing has been needless to say less than satisfying or helpful. In my effort to improve myself as a person mentally.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I filled out the login information, and was struggling with an "invalid email" message for over 10 minutes. I finally got to the chat icon and got an automated message immediately after trying to start the chat, saying I had to login to their website to chat with a counselor. All this trouble just to get told you can't use this app to contact anyone? What's the point of an app you can't use? Frustrating and not user friendly whatsoever.

I've had the same experience, getting booted from the app, at my most vulnerable point. Took me weeks of despair to finally reach out for help. This was the opposite of help. I did finally get an appointment and was supposed to get a confirmation text as well. I got nothing, and when I get on to find out what happened they said I missed the call(and that it would have been a blocked or private number, great!) but I have no calls at the time he said they called.

This app doesn't work at all. I was setting everything up (personal information) the app shuts down, had to restart the entire process over several times. There is no time given to you if you are in need of talking with someone. You need to repeat the same steps just to set a chat up. Don't use this app its rubbish.

Okay honestly guys. I've read reviews from 2 years back and you're still having awful problems. Everyone is right, it's not user friendly. It wants the same info every time. And it contradicts itself by saying you haven't put in info correctly when you have. Why haven't you guys fixed this yet? Some people don't want to talk over the phone. That's part of mental health. A non-generic bot answer would be nice. So, so disappointed and frustrated. Not helpful guys. Do something about it please.

I have gone through 3 different reps in the past 30 min because the app will keep closing the conversation and it loses connection. You make it very difficult to those who are in need of help and are unable to because of this. I am so frustrated because this is one of my only hopes in getting out of a toxic environment and i cant even reach out due to this.

Trying to book a service or chat do a chat now is impossible. It circles for a minute and then says error connecting. Why have these issues been unaddressed for so long? This app and service is important and some people utilize this through their work place which means our work places are paying for this. And it's been unaddressed for so long? Over a year of the same review complaints. Not acceptable.

This app is just a pre-packaged version of the website for viewing on mobile devices. Still advises you to call to receive any professional services; there is no option to chat by text, through a web browser, or through the app itself, so you had better hope you have privacy when your crisis occurs. The articles are offered on their website and there are no differences between those found online or through the app. If any effort was put into this app, it's very hard to find. Use the website.

The app works on my cellphone but it does not work on the tablet. It CONSTANTLY is unresponsive. Cannot open ever. Its freezes and shuts down every single time I try to get it to open on the tablet. It's a worthless tablet app.

The app is very confusing, not user friendly at all. The counsellors are very kind and helpful however the app itself and access to the services provided is hard to navigate and understand.

Clunky. Keeps asking for the same information over and over (name, email, etc.) Drops chat connection (in the middle of important matters, of course). Then can't connect again.

I have been trying to book services with the app since June.. its now August.. if by some miracle I get to chat online with an agent the app boots me out and I have to start over. This is the most difficult app I have ever had to use to set up an appointment. Please do better, this is a great service for people needing help.

The app has a lot of useful information. My employer doesn't tell us half of what is available. Big problem is that my email is invalid. I used both I have an they both don't work. A bit ridiculous, I have no idea what email is acceptable now.

This has to be one of the most frustrating apps I have ever had the displeasure of using. Not one aspect seems to work appropriately and considering people access it to improve their mental health, this is overly frustrating and completely unacceptable

Would give 5 stars but I can't access anything. It says that it having an issue authenticating. I also can't choose the organization I work for or book any services.

Finally managed to get through to a counselor (after 20 mins of waiting) and the app crashed. Can't seem to reconnect. Absolutely shameful.

This app does not work, I keep getting can not validate your version, I have Uninstalled this and reinstalled to no avail. Have also tried reaching out no one ever contacts you back

This app is absolutely useless. I can't even access the chat to book a service, extremely frustrating and exhausting trying to navigate through

If I could give 0 stars I would have. Constant error, completely useless app. Service over the phone not much better.

Horrible Imagine you actually needed help or to talk to someone and it just keeps erroring out. You're actually doing more harm than good

better to just call! all they do is ask you if they can call. it is quite a process to get to talking to someone and when you do it keeps kicking you, very hard to have a conversation! just call! dont bother with the app!

App crashes in app. Minor annoyance for me but what about someone in crisis? It has been like this for at least the year I have been using it. Do better!

This app feels like it's from 2008. It doesn't fill the entire screen, the design is dated, it just feels so old. Desperately needs an update.

Loaded app, said no to notifications and the app crashed. Twice. Also doesnt rotate with screen. Uninstalled right away
