Permissons of emoticon symbols are explained as below:
1.Internet permissionThe internet permissions is used for on-line updating and checking if the net is connected.
2.Draw Window permissionWindow permisson is used for opening the favorite list on the notification bar.
3.Vibrate notificationVibrate notification is used when you long-press certain emticon symbols meanwhile a fuction window pops out as a reminder.
4.Boot completed permissionBoot completed permission is used when your boot a computer, the notification bar of emoticon symbols is also started.
5.Storage permissionStorage permission is used for backup and recovering files (the backup data is saved at the outer storage device).

Excellent! The perfect emoji app, really. It has everything I need right at my fongertips! The only thing I'd like to see would be more advanced customization options, but really, it's not a huge deal.
This app takes long to download I think you could help us out by making it shorter but, On the other hand this is amazing I'm gonna show all of my friends this app!

Loads of fun. I like how I can copy to clipboard and paste on Facebook or text msgs. My only complaint is I'd like for there to b more of a selection of pre created pictures. And Maybe some hints on how to create ur own cool pics.
