Latest update has impacted reading pdf files. Says it doesn't detect pdf reader on device but adobe app is on the device.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! It is so helpful and useful! I like being able to see my usage and cost per day. Having the alerts that you can personalize are amazing, too,
I did not receive an email confirming my payment. As this app is considered a third party that handles for an electric payment, the electric service would not be responsible should I have.a discrepancy or complaint with this app. So, I will go back to other ways to pay my electric bill.
This app works great! It is one of the easiest to navigate for you to pay your Bill's. I have had it for at least two years and have never had an issue.
The update has caused my password not to work and i don't see anywhere to reset it. I am and have always used on my android phone.
App states login and password are incorrect every time, so i always have to go to the weboage to pay my bill.
When when you're trying to set up an account it seems like the information never matches what they have and this company is just absolutely dishonest but they don't have any competition or anything very very dishonest company but I don't know what to tell you unless you get a generator or something I mean it's not like there's another light company in town I think there's a board of commissioners that you can go to in Jefferson City that regulates them and I highly recommend it to something need
Kept asking for account # and pasword. Then tells me they're incorrect. No place to signup and add my account. Just login.

If you are evergy customer, this is not the app you looking for. Evergy doesn't seems like to have an Android app either. So don't waste your time on this app.

No where to register / create an account , goes straight to the log in page and does not recognize the account number

Issue with opening pdf file. I like this app, easy to use and very useful, but the recent update has issues with opening or downloading the pdf files. Please fix.
