I can't get past the instructions....damn thing won't let me even click on the begin setup.
I used this before but now I got new phone & I am trying to input the expiration dates and it won't let me.
Seems like it could have useful content, but it won't even let me watch a video about how to use the EpiPen until I register. The problem is that it won't let me register. Pretty worthless app if I can't even watch a video.
This app is pretty useless since I can't log in to sync my account.
I registered a while ago, app won't let me log in or re-register.
Still Broken Application login is still broken.
Cant do anything...i cant get to the begin setup button because the important safety information button is in the way...not much use.
Won't recognize password even after changing it. Can't get to needed information.
Cant even open the app. Will have to unistall
Great sorce of information weather your NEW to Epipen.
Easy to use app for ER information to be given.
Saved my life
Way too much junk, it's much harder to use it now, cannot find anything, how to use EpiPen, I can't figure it out, this app is worthless. I am trying to figure out how to work this but I cannot find the film that used to be on here, what good is all this other junk how to make lazy pumpkin pie, what have you done to this app
New update sux the app won't even open.
The begin setup button is covered by important information, I can't do anything. Please fix!
I have seen other reviews that had the same problem with this app that I have and they date back to 9/2015 I thought by now this issue would be fixed the bar is over the setup button mylan when will this app be working on the smaller screens again
unable to begin set up important safety bar cover set up button!
Easy to use...wonderful app to store information.
Sorry, but I just can't imagine a situation where someone finds me in shock and thinks it's a good idea to check my phone. I already have an ICE contact if they did but I'm guessing a medic alert bracelet is the way to go here. There is just way too much that can go wrong (battery dies, phone gets wet or broken, etc.) This was a good idea but not thought through. Sorry, devs.
Like the device itself, the app for Auvi-Q (talking auto-injector) is superior to EpiPen. My wife and daughter are both abandoning the new EpiPen (terrible redesign, just like the app). There's also a generic EpiPen, but I know nothing about it because my insurance prefers name brand epinephrine auto-injectors. The device and the app for Auvi-Q are much easier to use.
This is so helpful to manage your pens. Also a way to have your medical and emergency contacts too.
Every time I try to create a profile, it crashes. So annoying!
I try to create the allergen profile and it just keeps closing randomly when I'm trying to enter in my information.
Installed app. Will not allow me to Begin Setup. One of the instruction disclaimers keeps popping up instead.
