What would make this app great is a much more user-friendly/streamlined login process. For the Android app, there's no biometric option (fingerprint, face recognition). It would be nice if there was at least an autofill option if I save the password. Right now, I have to type my password every time I use the app. If the app had at least one of these features, I'd give 4 stars. If it had both, I'd give 5.

Final: Thank you for responding.. After a few days of crashing at login the app resumed normal functionality. Secondary: Still crashing. Initial: Had worked fine for months. Two residents with two different devices and logins. Then all of the sudden today, able to login, but as soon as the home screen appears, the app crashes/closes. Same for both logins. Uninstalled/reinstalled and the issue persists.

Rather clunky from a ux standpoint. Breaks all the time. Doesn't let you log in half the time. Takes far too long to process login so it times out. The loading screen is stretched and pixelated, not high enough resolution so it looks low quality. Service options don't allow for an 'other' option. The other app just looked more polished.

they should have stayed with the previous app. does not work. tried for days to pay rent just to go noplace at submit button. hit contact us and get a page not found error. then no choice had to get a bank check and pay $10. to get it. the rental office said they are having problems too. then they are charging me a late fee because i came in the morning of the 4th with the check. because the site does not work after 3 days . whats wrong with this picture? if anything they should refund $10 fee

The app is either broken, or the management team at the complex we rent at have made it so we cannot see each other's replys. Sadly the many team here does sanitize comments if they don't like what's written..

I don't have a choice in that I have to use this app. The least (bare minimum) you can do is make it easy for the user. I'm not a stupid person, because of this fact I don't actually know my password. Login is required, but auth autofill is disabled. Autofill is disabled, and so is the paste ability for the password field. This is exactly why executives are prevented from making UX requirements, because only an out of touch boomer would make that decision.

Hasn't updated in 6 months. For a company that has multiple properties, piss poor app. Guess my rent just goes in their pockets. Better to bug the hell out of your office till they listen cause it'll be faster than going thru the app. I reset password, tried different email, and now it says I can't login cause incorrect password. Thought it needed update but hasn't had one in ages (FYI, that's very bad if they use your banking info). I'm now going to pay with check. This stuff can be hacked.

Did you hire some college interns to write this app? The payment capibility is pretty terrible. It has a very uninuitive display with big clunky icons that are actually buttons (who knew). Once you save a payment method, you can't edit it or delete it (from what i can tell). The user experience is so bad that it gives me no trust in the backend code. Immediate uninstall. Your development team should do some research on how other companies setup their GUIs.

Still no fingerprint access authentication on Android despite major version update. Also doesn't make sense to have the guest feature where you need to set it up directly versus going to the list of past guests to reactivate if needed and only creating a new one by exception.

This app is amazingly simple to use. It is directly linked to my account with my apartment home and makes paying my rent simple and putting in service requests efficiently easy. I have never seen an app like this. I can even communicate with my neighbors directly in the app. Awesome!!!

What is the use of an app for paying rent if it is not functional at the end/start of months? This thing has only worked smoothly for me twice, once for paying rent and once for placing service requests. I've been trying to pay rent through it for the last 4 days, but it won't even complete the login.

I am having so much problem with logging in. I tried Uninstaller and reinstalling.. didn't work. I now am unable to pay my rent through the app. Been using it for over a year.. was working fine without a problem until I tried logging into it. I need help to fix.

The content in the posts cuts off, so you can't read the whole message. It sort of defeats the purpose of the app since you have to look at the website to see the whole post/replies. This is a relatively new issue, but it's really annoying, so please fix it.

As others have mentioned, it worked fine until the app didn't let me log in anymore. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help, nor did asking to change the password. I hope they fix it before it's time to pay rent again.

Doesn't work. I can't even login. After installation, the apps always shows verify email page and when I enter my email, nothing happens. Very useless app and not sure who developed it.

Writing comments on service request are on a single line, instead of multi-line. Images within bulletin board remain thumbnail size, even in detail view. Within Service request detail, current status date is not shown. Like an option to receive email or push update when a service request status changes. Make Common area service requests public once accepted by.manager. Update statement to view a single month at a time with navigation between months. Ability to make small updates to requests...

Mediocre at best. The site and app are offline at least one day per month, usually around the time rent is due. Today is one of those days, and fortunately I'm not dependent on the app to pay rent or I would be in trouble. The Android app is also a typical crappy low-effort port from iOS, and doesn't support basic things like fingerprint login that the Apple app supports. I think ER believes this app is a selling point, but on Android I can assure you it's not.

Can't login with password and I'm sure I'm using the correct one. Doesn't even have a forgot password feature. Where did fingerprint sign in option go? Let people choose to remain signed in or at least have autocomplete available for password like banks do. Let people delete or edit their comments in the message board.

Horrible management at the Los Angeles Bella Vista Woodland Hills location regarding the way they implemented assigned parking. A lot of confused/frustrated residents; not good for business. Very unfortunate for the company as a whole; I would not move here as a new resident and will likely be moving out soon after how poorly managed this transition was.

Worst app ever. Continuously crashing. Randomly getting locked out of the site even with the correct information. Have had several issues with my rent payments due to app malfunction. Even my apt. managers hate this app. I am not the only tenant who feels this way. Numerous problems with this app.

Downloaded it to request a repair. Won't let me log in even after multiple password resets. Feels like an app designed by a company run by a 78 year old who just discovered the internet.

Slow to load (seems just like a web wrapper / transform). Cannot save login / use fingerprint login. The mobile view on a phone with a saved Chrome password works, but you sometimes have objects cut off from the page.
