My Etisalat

I find a bug that i can't change the adsl bundle by changing tariff function and i am getting error each time. There was an offer and i couldn't make it to benefit from it because of this bug.

The app is getting worse!! I used to know my internet bundle usage from the app. Recently this option was removed. Also a lot of popups to subscribe to whatever which u can easily click by mistake. Why Etisalat?!

I tried to recharge my balance using credit card. The money was taken from my account and no balance is added. Now I probably need to do multiple calls to the bank and customer service to get my money back. Thanks for wasting my time!!

Missing the transparency since there was a deduction of my credit on a daily basis without knowing the reason, however I called the customer service and they refunded me and deactivated those service which i have never activate and do not appear on the application as consumption.

I subscribed to Connect X 50L.E. bundle yesterday which gives 7000MB, Today I found that all the MB are used!!!!!I didn't use the internet to consume 7000 MB overnight!!! This is disappointing! Plus, continuous error message when I try to recharge by visa :S

First time ever using an Egyptian network,it is simply terrible and money draining. I spent 1000s in less than two months just to be able to call or connect to the internet. They force dialy charges for unnecessary news . All the time messages to offer non useful things ,only stress that I'm out of credit. It feels like Egypt networking kind of scamming to drain as much money as they could from their clients. Really the network is super troubled and not stable and disconnecting regularly. Bad 😞

Very simple UI compared to other network's apps. But can you add a feature to choose between amout to pay and credit to receive when recharging through the app?

Very frustrated, no one seems to be able to understand the issue, I am opening someone else account with my own number, have explained, complained and without sokition just pls uninstall and, install the application again, I regret moving to etsilat if this is the level of customer service and care.

I had enough of this all everytime I try to sign in or creat an account it says please try at another time terrible app also when it works it tells me to put a code and then I put it and get stuck in an infinite loading screen

I've tired a 100 times to register an ADSL number account on the app but I always get the same error "your request can't be completed, try again later" Completely useless!

I think that it's easy , achieved the goal to make what you want from the app , but there's more to be the best and better.

I think this app is better than all telec companies in Egypt. Super smooth and very good UI Love the overall experience. They added many features that I really needed to use in short time and they're always resolving the customer's issues.

Poor customer service, I complained via phone and I followed up 3 times for no way to solve my issue. Ended with I stopped all my contracts with Etisalat

This application is very bad and needs a lot of development, as it is slow and sometimes false compared to the application of Ana Vodafone, please develop because I am thinking of switching to another network 😟

Thanks for the daily gift & some free bundles, but i just wondering how i loss some balance quickly! example, i just recharged my balance and renew my bundle & there is some extra balance i have (let's say) about 15EGP. In a few days, it became 9,69 ? For information, i never use my balance for anything else. I bought internet bundle and i even rarely use the units for call or text. So where the hell my extra balance gone?! I thought my extra balance could stay until next time recharge i again

tha app doesn't accept recharging with credit card i have also tried with a different one but still doesn't working error says "the shoper mut try another payment method" also tried another app "my fawry to recharge and nothing"

Very bad app as i try to see me data usage its show 0 while call the call center they tell me something else also try to use the short code to know my usage they sent me message to use the app

I used etisilate on my one month trip to Egypt and I have to say, never in my entire life have I seen an app with so much spam, popups, and all sorts of garbage on your phone. Add to that all the confusion about how you pay, and all these dumb "units" they use to measure your consumption. And then all sorts of unclear charges only meant to confuse you so you can't double check how much they steal for you. The app is a good representation of the provider: garbage.

From my experience, Etisalat is best of the best. Mobile signal and internet signal are very strong and stable. The app is very simple easy to navigate and really helpful. Client service very helpful. Thanks for Etisalat team.

Very good app and it make everything easy to do i like it and it is better than Vodafon because off signle also in Etsalat better 👍👌

The system got stuck for 3 days. I tried to cancel and reinstall without success

totally amateurs, I just don't understand?!! where are the managers?!! no one is there for that damp application, totally incompetent

If you want the best of app for anything that and everything Don't installed this because Etisalat World company needed a developer made application working don't like this, forgive me but I can't still relax with this application

Can not login, display message error while retrieving information

I just start using this app frome 2 days but the first impression that it's easy and any one can use it

App is functioning and customer care can't even support
