My EVV
My EVV is allows workers who visit patient homes to electronically clock in and out of shifts. The system logs key information including the date, time, and location by using the GPS of the mobile phone. When the employee signs in to the system, it facilitates them to enter all the services provided as per needs of the individual’s schedule.
My EVV records all the required information so that reports can be produced as per requirements of any individual agency with the guidelines as stipulated by Medicaid/Medicare.

The absolute worst app I've ever experienced. The app crashes every day when it's time for me to clock out or will say I clocked out and then Not clock out. I have to force close and reboot my phone everyday since downloading this app. Absolutely horrid. No way to finalize your hours at the end of the week nor check to see if data is correct. Patient has tough time signing and 40 characters is not enough to make notes! That voice reminder at the end of the shift is also horrid.
Shuts down every time I try to start or end a session when I put my ID in...it takes 3 or more tries to log in to start a session or to clock out.... This app sends false reminders I did not clock in when I did. I constantly get random voice reminders my session is going to end when it's not even anywhere near the end of my schedule. This app is extremely problematic and difficult.
Nice app, easy to use, most user friendly for caregivers. The app is made keeping caregivers in mind so they should not face any problem. Auto reminders for clock in and clock out. Most things done automatically. Easy schedule access for the whole week. Can get directions to clients house can call directly to client from the app. Easy clock in and clock out. Customized care plan available for different clients don't have to remember things. Even helps legally blind clients.Thanks! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
App will not update. When uninstalled to restart, it would not reinstall. Still trying to get it to work. Been trying for 4 days. Called support and was told it was a phone problem. Have had no problems with other apps-only my evv Help -- need for my job.
Horrible app. My cheap employer uses this app for clock in purposes & patient records. 90% of the time the app resets and takes you back to the main screen to sign in. A cheap, poor creation app. When calling tech suppprt the man who answers the call os sarcastic and lazy. He's probably the person who developed this horrible app. Please make sure you get paid for all hours clocked in and out for. A lot of time punches fail to download to employers system. This app is perfect for cheap companies
I do not like this out too many bugs I clock in on time and when I go to clock out at the end of my shift a lot of the times it's saying I didn't by prompting me clock in instead of out. Hopefully the bugs are fixed before September 22nd. My work is all I ask do not need anyting getting in the way of me getting paid😤😤
This app doesn't work correctly at times can't clock in and out, don't remember anything that was program, have to go back ,start over, app freeze up can't do too much with this.
Can not always put information in about the patient. And sometimes have a problem clocking in and Out. These companies need to provide computers' to the employees to clock in and out on. so we don't have to use our personal phones I know for a fact that it is not d Mass that put this system in place that it is the company's. It's bad enough that we are under paid.you people want a whole lot of something for nothing this system is not going to make anyone go to work or show up on time. Thanks.
App keeps me at my last clocked in time. Won't successfully clock out. Its been three days now and no different. Still stuck on the same time. Of 7:41 and won't reset even if I clock it out. Take note I clocked in on time and clocked out on time.
I'm having issues and I'm not sure if it's the app or if it's the company I'm using the app for , ok so when I go to clock in and it's light pink and says unscheduled underneath , if I clock in do I still get paid? Because it seems when I went back to look at screenshots my whole week of last was all light pink and says unscheduled ??????????? And their claiming their not doing it , I don't believe that it happens alot too , can the developer please assist me please and thank you btw I love app
It would be great if you could back and see your previous shifts so u can keep up with the hours you have worked. Once you have worked that day and finished your shift it disappears. A history of hours worked for atleast the previous 30 days would be nice.
App needs to be faster. Clocking in and out is hard. App keeps jumping to the beginning. update takes a long time to load!
System frequently takes multiple times to login; will send you back several screens to start again. Tells that "your shift will ENDED in 15 minutes." Usualky takes more than 5 minutes to Check In.
This is definitely not a good app. It just got worse it was good in begining now everyday I have a problem from not being able to clock out to not being able to clock in.
No one should have to go thru so much to clock in and out for work. Until this app i have never went thru so much to clock in and out. I can only speak for myself. There is so many problems with this. But i guess we have to do what is required
This is the EASIEST app to learn and use. Our staff loves and its easier and more convenient then paperwork. Awesome!!!!!
Horrible app. Restarts. App voice reminder of time clock is never accurate. Waste of time. Needs to be fixed. Absolute Horrible service

This App MYEVV I have tried downloading over 4 days for my job and it's stil showing pending for download ,that's crazy. l think the developers should make sure it doesn't have bugs
Downloaded It And Now My Phone Keeps Freezing... I Have To Keep Turning It Off And Back On For It To Unfreeze... Ughhh This Is The Most Stupidest Thing I've Ever Had To Do, To Be Tracked While At Work...
Excellent app easy to use. Great experience all over. The app is easy to use absolutely wonderful all caregivers can use it without any issues. It gives auto reminders, it shows care plan, it shows schedule not just for the week but for the next 7 days as well. This app works well if you know how to use smartphone which some old care givers who don't know how to use smart phone may face some difficulty but with training they can use it easily I am sure. Great customer service as well. Thanks!
