This is a scam... Someone should help me, I need to cancel this subscription. Just withdrew 120GHC from my account without any usage. You're a scammer.
While advertising the add, it doesnt tell us to install the apps on other phones, it shows you to directly dial the phone no. well in realilty after installation it doesnt happen that way, its give you 7 days free trials, submit card no. email, and after that a subscribtion of ₹4k above monthly. Totally not worth it for me. i
If we install, it is showing 7 days free trail , but asking account details, I don't want like this. If they give free for 1 day it is fine. If we think it is working, we will upgrade to premium, instead of asking card details during the app implementation. It is not fair for me and my time waste.
Took $100 dollars out of my family's account after a 1 nearly 2 weeks after using testing it. Didn't say anything about having to cancel the subscription through Google play. Don't know how to get it the money back. Doesn't have any contact information to get in touch with them to sort out the situation. Honestly not worth the 1 star and the money.
I tried to unsubscribe from this app before the deadline on the 17th of Dec 2019 i emailed goggle several time and was only emailed back after $59.99 was taken out my account. Its so easy to install but so hard to unscribe from an app. I tried using this app on a free trial basic it didnt work now im stuck with a app tgat doesnt work for me what should i do? There are plenty more apps i could use.
Horrible Don't waste your time they don't even have a working email that you can use to dispute the horrible way they bill you. They told me I would receive an email a day before my trial was up. No, not true they did it the day it was up and charged me $63.92 for a service I tried to cancel via email. They have that I know of three emails in which none worked. They have an overseas phone number so expensive and time consuming to call. My advise is do not use this app!!!
I would not recommend. Very limited ability to manage your subscription or change settings. Metric only. Sent question/s no responses. Better apps out there with support and ability to manage your own settings....very disappointed
Same thing happened to me. I canceled the subscription and still they charged rs.1700
it might be so helpful if the owners do upgrading the app for security policy
I had uninstalled the app on the same day of installation because I dint like many of its features, and have never used the app since then . A week later I am being charged with an yearly subscription of Rs 4800. I tried contacting the developer and haven't recieved any reply. How can they deduct a yearly subscription when someone isn't even using their app.
Other apps offer some of these services for free; at least the basics. Then you can pay for additional perks. I already pay for life360, but one family member's phone is too old to have life360 on it so we were going to download this for just that one family member. I'm not paying both subscription fees. Ludacris.
Pathetic app... i installed the app to just check how it's works. first of all it is not a free app. It asked my bank account details to deduct the amount. I did not used the app though. I have written mails to their support to not to deduct any amount but didn't get any revert and it got deducted 4800 rs. automatically. When i tryed to sign out the app i could't find that. I don't know what to do with this app since i am not even using it & it will keep deducting my money every month..
If any wants to unsubscribe from the premium, you Can only do that on Google play store. Open the app in Google play store, You'll find an option to unsubscribe below the app. I just found that and wanted to inform all. Please don't enter any bank details or card details. I've checked reviews of many people stating their money is lost.
I like this app, but for cost-related reasons I want to cancel the subscription. I am not able to cancel it and my card declined the payment because I don't have money. Please reply and help me to cancel it. I was just trying the app when it was on trial.
Yes, as one of the members by name Poornima Payal said, first they said free for one week and later we can unsubscribe the app. But they tried to deduct the amount through my credit card, fortunately my Bank has declined the payment. Later I checked through this review and as suggested by another member Bunny how to unsubscribe, I have unsubscribed the app. Atleast they are not giving any notice when they are deducting the amount. People be careful.
Don't advertise this app is for free it's load of BS..False advertising
My niece wanted me to download so I would know where she was at. I downloaded not realizing it cost so I deleted it. Unfortunately I forgot to unsubscribe, because I have never had an app i have had to pay for before, so I got charged $64 something (which I really did not have the extra to spend). I emailed the account on here to see if I could receive my money back somehow since I unsubscribed (4 days ago) and I still have not been responded to.
This is a Scam I have already canceled the subscription then also they Debit money they want to Debit again next month Please ensure that it is Canceled immediately before next debit I cannot afford the instalment
