My FCB Mobile Banking

I just got a new LG G7 Thinq and when I try to deposit a check it automatically chooses the wide angle camera without any option to select the correct cameras, and when I try to take a picture of the check it stretches it out which results in it failing to be approved. This is a real hassle and one that will force me to reconsider banking with Florida Community if it isn't addressed in a timely manner. Other than this issue I've never had any prior issues with the app.

What a horrible mobile banking application. 1. Get Zelle integrated. Every other bank has this feature. 2. There's no access to account /routing number from the mobile app?? Let me go get my checkbook from 1998. 3. Who did the design here? It looks like a five year old did, text is cut off, graphics don't load properly.

so it tells me my application requires and update to deposit my check by photo but itd let me get to the deposit before with no problem although i have not yet to actually deposit my check by photo todays the inmy day i need to and maybe for future but thered no update anywhere ive tried force closing the app and restarting my device nothing please get back to me thank you!!

I can't log in. I can type my username and password, but the "continue" button is grayed and cannot be clicked.

It constantly crashes and makes me have to reset phone.

Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall because the app locks up.

okay app. its frustrating the app crashes way to much.

Update 4/6/19 Synovus merger Website & App Still NOT Android Friendly!! SUX! 11/5/18 Spoke w FCB Tech, APP WILL NOT WORK w NEWER Phones G8, G8+, N8 etc they ARE Aware & HOPEFULLY when FCB MERGE's w NEW Company THEY will hv a BETTER APP!!

I cant believe their old app worked Flawlessly and they replaced it with Literal Garbage.

It isnt working or opening

It won't work on my Samsung galaxy 8+ at all. You can download it open it then it tells you it's not compatible with the server(my server is Comcast for WiFi or attempt if I'm not home).

Won't work at all on Galaxy Note 8. Says incompatible need to update but no update is available!

This app will not work with my Samsung 8+ but will not work!!! Please fix

To keep their promises I was promised in writing that I would receive 200 dollars for signing up for the bank then I'm rd after 90 days and it will only be 150.. fifth third offered me 150 the day I sign up if I leave .. considering it

This App will save your User ID in your phones memory as a word suggestion. "Word Suggestions" are presented to the user when they type the first few characters. You can browse a phones word suggestions by going to Settings / Language Input. This allows anyone who uses your phone to discover your ID. The App author should have coded reading the ID field to prevent this.

Much like Diego Fernandez below me, I can't log in to the app either with my credit card account credentials. Hoping this gets fixed soon since it's a major inconvenience to be tied to a computer to be able to do anything. Will change review and rating when problem is fixed.

Login username and password for their credit card section is not valid on the mobile banking app.

It is working fine so far... will see after this update.

The app works when you can get in, but the security measures are ridiculous. Constantly forcing you to change passwords, and rejecting all previously used ones making it impossible to remember the constantly changing passwords and trying to make up a new one every time you log in.

By far the worst app on my phone. I can never log in. I'm switching banks because of this and other reasons

The app is good. Just wish it had more features. I haven't had the login issues others have..I wish it had bill pay though
