The app does not work. After the parent inputs the number code, the screen goes blank and the child cannot access the game. I paid for 2 months, and at no point was the app ever accessible. I should have canceled the subscription sooner...my error. I wanted to like the app, as the games are actually very educational in content.
NEVER sign for the free trial. I did the trial and chose to be charged monthly, and was charged with a YEARLY subscription fee of $49.99! I'm charged for something I NEVER chose to purchase. Mobile support DID NOT rectify the situation. My son doesn't enjoy the app. It's difficult to navigate and freezes. Your child doesn't have access to 75% of the content, and they wave the locked games in your child's face ON PURPOSE to upset them and trick parents into making this mistake. MONEY GRABBERS!
Unless you want to spend 50 bucks for the subscription, don't download. The free version is totally useless. The developer didn't see it fit to even offer enough content to get you hooked before asking you to shell out 50 dollars. Truly, there is ONE thing you can click on in the free version. So I'm supposed to just trust that it'll be worth it? Judging from reviews of paid version... Yea thanks but No Thanks BF. The 2nd star came purely from love of the network, the app is useless.
This is a beautiful Apps. Beutiful Music. Great Graphics. and my child having fun playing games. I even didnt buy the full version but the free ones are great. But most importantly there are No ADs!! Bravo!!
I purchased this app so I could download it on my 9 month old Kindle Fire; after paying $49.99 for the subscription, I'm not able to do so. 🤦♀️I love the shows but this was a waste of time and money. I would like a refund for my subscription.
This is one of the reasons i cancelled this app. Everytime she tries to go on it ask for a parent to type in the 3 numbers and when i do the screen goes black. And now my daughter is upset because she cannot play. I uninstalled the app and installed it hoping that would help but it didnt. So now i paid for a month and she was only able to use it 2 times this month. Very disappointed and i gonna request a refund
This is so crazy why should I have to pay for ecerything I touch it only like one or two games and videos that I dont have to pay for the television will let you watch it free they should have it to where you can hook up you spectrum, dish or any other network provider that would be nice.

I purchased your app April 2020 and requested a refund via email to the developer on December 2020 and I just received an email stating I was charged my annual subscription when I contacted them months back to cancel. Seems like they're intentionally charging customers when requesting a refund in the hopes the customer doesn't notice.
I have bought this app thru google play for my child and have installed it on her Samsung tablet. The app keeps crashing in the tablet; so i decided to use on my ipad mini device. I wonder if there is anyway so i can transfer my paid subscription of this app to my ipad. i have still 4 months to go with my yearly subscription... I have tried to contact you thru your website and mentioned my issue here on this review; I was hoping to get an answer for this problem after almost 3 weeks; no response yet!!
I'm so disappointed in the app. Its sick how you trick people into paying 49.99 for no reason at all. Even if you do pay for the subscription you still don't have access to most of the content. I say just watch it on TV for free instead of getting a rip off .
my child who is barely one was able to get out of the program within 5 minutes of first interracting with my device, false advertising dont trust this app they have in app purchases your child can buy edit: your sick. i wish i could give 0 instead, i dont like most of the programming you have in there like squeek with that completely irrelevant clock going every direction! thats extremely confusing to a developing mind!
I'm disappointed in all these baby first apps. Yes I like how they're advertised on the baby channel but when you see something your child likes you have to pay for it. Instead of having the app for free might as well buy the damn app to replace the subscription. I'm truly disappointed in baby first apps.
I bought my 1 year old a samsung kids tablet and I downloaded this in her tablet. The family kind app tells me I have a subscription but when I go in her tablet to play something, everything I click on is locked and is forcing me to upgrade for full access. When I click on it, its asking her to get a parent to add a "family payment method" by signing up for "google play family library". I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app to see if maybe that was the issue. Its not
Biggest scam on the internet! Takes advantage of the families of special needs children. The app doesn't even work (I doubt there even is one), then they laugh at you when you try to cancel and refuse to cancel it.
My kiddos were able to independently work through the matching and puzzles, even giving themselves a round of applause between each correct and complete game. This one is keeping our kiddos’ brains working!
I've tried many GK quiz apps for my daughter because I never want her to waste her time while screening. She used to find other apps boring but she has loved this one. She waits for her screen timing so she can play this game.
Crashed as soon as I downloaded it. Needs to be in multiple languages. Alot of English apps but not many good Spanish apps and I love baby first in Spanish for my child. But oh well. When it's in Spanish I will try it out again
We love Baby First and the Baby First app is perfect for my 8 month old to enjoy all of her favorite characters and more on the go. I recommend this app for anyone with infants - toddlers and even up to Kindergarteners . Love the app.
My grandkid aged 1 is able to recognize the letters of the alphabet, understand the purpose of and those letters, and create the sounds that they make. What more should I tell that this is one of the best recommended apps.
I downloaded this for my sister since she loves the baby first channel on TV. Unfortunatly it only has vocabulary for free but if I would click it would say "My first University stopped".😕 So sad!!!!!!!!
With superb graphics and sound effects, my kids are surely having a good dose of learning along with great fun!
My 19-month old loves this app! He picked up on it quickly and plays it all the time! He finishes the puzzle and screams in joy, "Yaaaaayyyy!!!" Great app!
I dont understand why we have to pay for our kids free app. It shouldnt say it's free then download it and have to pay for them to get all the games and learning tools. Wish I could find a free app that is actually free and be able to use all the programs in there and not have to pay.
Not everyone can afford $50 for something they can get for free elsewhere!!!! Please dont send an automated response about how you use subscriptions for high quality programs for kids.
My li’l one has learnt about counting, ordering numbers, adding, subtracting, and writing numbers much easily even before stepping into school because of this lovely app
This app is best choice for kids to learn basics. Ad-free & UI is simple to use by kids on their own.
the ones that say free it won't even let me use them.it brings me to a screen and makes me pay for a free trial when it says free and I'm not going to pay $50 to use it.
I had a concern because the graphics seem to indicate that the program isn't transferable to other devices, because there's no login and it says "subscribe for full access" when you download it onto multiple devices, even after subscribing. Apparently, it is. I contacted customer service and they were prompt, friendly, and patient. They responded quickly and cordially with detailed steps. I'm changing my review from 2 to 5 stars because my initial concern is invalid. Great program, Great service
