The free version of My Fishing Advisor was discontinued two years ago, but it's back and better than before. Version 2.0 is faster and more powerful than earlier versions, and has new features. Most functions are available in the free version, but there are some Pro Features for a small fee that serious anglers will want to unlock.
Build your own collection of fishing spots and My Fishing Advisor will help you pick which ones are most promising at a given time. It will help with lure selection, and even details like the most appropriate rods, line, hook sizes and sinker weights. I've had this app for years and really like what it has to offer. Recently I needed to utilize the backup feature (swapping devices) I reached out to the developer, not sure if I would even get a response. I must say, he went above and beyond over numerous emails to explain to me how it works & ensure that I understood how it works & that everything was working correctly. This is someone who obviously takes Great Pride in their work!!
I love this app. I started with the free version years ago before purchasing the pro version 8-9 years ago. I've recently had to change phones and now it won't even download.
fairly well put together app.. some minor glitches, but overall a good tool to find fish in different waters and conditions. Would love a black bass only version... hinthint 😅😄
App use to be pretty accurate, but now its so off on weather and water conditions. I live in south east michigan and our bass spawn doesn't happen till near the end of May. The app is telling me the spawn will begin on April 15th. Lol. The water on my lake isn't even maybe 50 degrees. Please get your info more accurate with region's.
Used to be such a great app to use. I paid for the pro version but now there is a bug to where it flips to free version and not the pro version that I paid for. I am highly upset about this.
very detailed app and lightning fast response when emailing for support. incredibly user friendly. been using this for years now
Needs to be upgraded. Was built for earlier versions of Android... Too much for an outdated app.
Great for planning a fishing trip, but don't let forecast keep you from fishing, some of my best days fishing had a horrible forecast.
As accurate as can be expected. After all its fishing.

Having issues with the weather, not getting automatic weather and when I input it manually the wind direction isn't the same as what I put in.
Love this app.. Wish it was lil bit more specific and was lil bit deeper into situations..
Works well water temp sometimes off a little weather doesn't give weather witch would be nice to look ahead
Used to work great. But, now after i use it on my Galaxy S8+, the app always force close after i opened it. I wonder what happened?
Great app, except the weather forecasts are horrendous; used to be way more accurate. It can be raining and it will say 0% precip. Then when you try to manually enter the weather it doesn't give you an option to choose precipitation. I could rant all night about how bad the weather forecasts are. On the bright side, it usually gives you a good starting point to find fish. I recommend it, but hopefully the weather forecast and/or manual weather entry improve.
Really Nice App - I wish I could upload a photo of my fish and the app could read the meta data. Then you'd have exact time/day and GPS coordinates of the fish.
This Updated Version of MY FISHING ADVISOR PRO, is AWESOME!!! I will recommend this APP. to anyone who I talk to about FISHING, and I have been doing exactly that. I caught a 21inch, 5.5 lb. Largemouth Bass using the exact LURE and TECHNIQUE that My Fishing Advisor APP. recommended, and this just happened a few weeks ago in Waukesha County, Wisconsin!!! A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL WHO HELPED GET THIS APP. TO MY SMARTPHONE

I had problems initially but after loading last night's update everything works fine. It is a great app worth purchasing it is less than the price of a lure.
Cannot get past the agreement screen since last update...Samsung S5
The app worked great and I really enjoyed using it. After the new update it keeps closing.
I would give a 5 star from 1 star but the old UI layout was a lot better and now it looks like a crappy website app. Please change the UI
App keeps crashing after new update, i have already tried uninstalling the app and it still is not working. I am hoping this issue will be sorted out soon as fishing season for me in Manitoba will be starting soon. Edit* I tried going on to the MyFishingAdvisor website but was unable to find any link to send an email. I reinstalled the app again and got it to start but when trying to enter a new spot it once again crashed. It is only with the recent update that this has happened.
