Don't have a problem with the app but I've had it with the service behind the app. I'm frequently told transactions are ineligible because I didn't send the correct "receipt" when Flex is the one running the transaction. So, according to the definition of receipt, they already have it. What they want is the HIPAA protected medical information so they can police your transactions and make sure you're spending your own money "correctly." I'm sure I signed my HIPAA rights away in one of the forms
Not great. If you have both an HRA and an FSA account, there's no way to specify which account you are requesting the reimbursement through. Then the people at Flexible Benefit Service try to process the claim from the wrong account and deny it. It has happened to me 3 or 4 times this last plan year. Very frustrating!
ITS HORRIBLE!!! I've uploaded my reciepts 20 times and they are not getting them or processing them. Instead, they mark it as not covered and block the card. They are horrible with online pharmacies and purchases. The email and confirmation shipped date is conflicting. The medical items/supplies will not be covered and you're not reimbursed. They are the most frustrating flexible spending company on the planet.
No option to submit a claim. There is a button to add an expense, but it doesn't work.
Good but not great. The app is easy to use and a quicker way to submit claims but there is no way to go in and make a change if you make a mistake in an original submittal. It would also be nice if there was a way to type notes in with a claim.
Good luck getting an answer from this company!!! I have a question that is not answered on this app, keep getting cut off from phone call to then, and their email gets returned non delivered.

The app is easy to use. I like the fact that I upload documents easily with my phone camera.
Contacting the company is useless. Try to talk to someone thru the app and never happens. Thru app or phone.
Have not been able to log on through the app in over a month- "server unavailable"
I like that it keeps an accurate record and scanning ability

For my transit flex account you are unable to see the transactions. I can check my balance but that is it! I am forced to login online to be able to see the transactions in stead of being able to see everything easily in the app
This makes everything much more convenient! You can submit your claims immediately and take pictures of your receipts, shop in the FSA store or eligible items and view your account details and claim status.
Made my life much easier since I can simply take pictures of receipts on my phone - great invention!

The app is good but has bugs. It keeps telling me I have messages but I don't. I can't get rid of the notification. It's very easy to use and this part is great. However if you need to submit extra documents it jams and won't let you upload them properly. UPDATE: this app doesn't work anymore after the last update. You can't submit a claim thru the app anymore. I reported it and was told I'll tell IT but I don't expect them to do anything about it. Submit theu the website or email.
