crashes all the time. areas you need to select are super small.

Version 11.5 contains Pop-up ads and ratings nag! What a POS. Why require fingerprint hardware permissions then not use it? Company no longer send emails when a receipt is required. Constantly locking up and requiring you to force close and start over. Requests unexplained permissions.
Does not navigate well. Will not allow me to reset my username or password. App didn't remember my original password.
Not user friendly. Doesn't show any past claims or status at of current claims. Also seems not to transfer info to people to process the claim. It tells you you will be paid promptly but doesn't send to report to employer so they know to pay it.
Not very user friendly. Feel like you have to jump around several functions before you find what you need. Some screens don't even do nothing.
Doesn't sign in. Pointless app and waste of time
the app works great is trying to get your reamburstmen the problem the people keep changing the procedure so it becomes imposible to receive your reimbursement no matter how much documentation you present they always find a reason to deny your claim
