Ive been having issues with the app for over a year especially when it comes to paying my bill. And the representatives seem to just know basic stuff. It took me to investigate googling stuff and talking to ppl to figure out what the issue was. Now i have new debit card and am trying to pay my bill and error message. Digihel seems to be my solution as their app works.

Not a fan of the recent upgrade. I manage several accounts remotely and I'm unable to utilize some common features such as purchasing plans if funds are already on the account. Please fix it ASAP.

I'm yet to see the point of this app. The chat feature work but for some reason always disconnects while wanting on customer service, I don't see details on my account regarding billing nor anything else and the list goes on. It would be awesome if this app gets a large update to make it realistically useable. Like the idea but don't currently see it's use.

This app needs a lot of work, it takes forever to load, the chat feature is so stupid if you navigate from the app or if the service drops the chat is closed and you have to start all over again. It's frustrating to use. The chat needs an I dependent pop-up that will alow the user to access other features while on the chat.

Bordering on useless but getting slightly better. I was told to contact the developer about issues I'm having but the email address I was given doesn't work. When I try to top up someone else's phone using a voucher it says they are experiencing technical difficulties meanwhile it has been added. I could go on and on but don't want to waste my time. Forget working on the look and feel and sort out the functionality first!

For the most part, it's fine but I've experienced two issues related to pre-paid usage. Customer service confirmed there is no way to turn off data-plan auto renewal from the App. Their advice was to enter the phone codes to disable auto-renewal (not a viable option for many MiFi devices) or to call customer service (a massive inconvenience.) There is no reasonable excuse for the omission given all the other things the app can do. Second issue is that when performing an action e.g. credit transfer, credit top-up, the app often reports that the action has not been successful, however, on refreshing the app, the status is correctly displayed.

I am trying to update my notification contacts because I no longer have the number/ email address listed there and I want to be able to keep a receipt or record of my bill payment but I keep getting an error message. This constantly logs you out of your account whenever you try to log back in the it say the password is incorrect you have to create a new one. On top of that when do get to log back in after creating a new password it doesn't take you start to the main platform. You have to close the app and reopened the app. Wait of time. Plus the take your credit too it takes a dollar or 2 every day. It did this to me for a year. No matter how much I complain it still happens. I just delete the app

This app is horrendously bad. Unable to sign in to the app. After typing in email and password it cycles to please re-enter User ID and password. For some reason autocompleting the email gives an error message as well. This is on top of constantly needing to uninstall and reinstall the app previously as it would eventually just stop working. The only reason this gets one star is that it's the lowest possible rating, else it would be ZERO.

The Idea, if you're gonna do something do it good and done, this was not done well, It crashes, freezes and sometimes just fails all together. Not to mention the option to get a verification just doesn't work sometimes. It took 2 days before I was able to sign in and even then I was still unavailable to pay my bills. Have a lot of work to do.

Horrible! You need to fix the app it's causing me problems. When I make a payment it doubles the amount and I have to be going back and forth between my bank and flow to have it updated. I am not sure if it's bugs or what but it is annoying the only thing I would give it a good review for is it show bills that's it.

Worst app in the history of apps!!!!!!!!!!! I recommend that you guys fix the problems on this app especially the one to log in. I entered my email which is very much valid, but this stupid app keeps telling me to login with a valid email. Now because of that, I can't pay my bills on time. Waste of space!! This doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. 😤

One major gripe.. the app used to highlight how much megabytes are included in the plan, now thats no longer the case , it just says unlimited even when it is not so.. the other functions of the app are working fine on my end , I've yet to encounter bugs or crashes of any sort but the mentioned above feature was the main reason for me downloading in the first place

ZERO STARS. Trying forever and can't complete registration because no text verification has been received. The customer service didn't have the slightest idea what to do and made some very obvious foolish suggestions. I have absolutely no problem with the Digicel app. FlOW clogged up, needs rodding.

I gave 1 star for the effort of creating the app but it is obviously not properly developed. This is seemingly a waste of space on your device for every day it says updating services or even if you get to log on, you are not able to access the contents. If you try accessing the contents, there are times it causes the device to restart which makes you wonder 👀. Let me not forget to mention that Trying to make payment to the account through the app is not working properly either.

Slow, Buggy, Unresponsive, crashes unexpectedly. Always seems to be some issue when displaying my information. Horrible looking user interface. Overall not a smooth experience using this app. A better user interface and more stable application would be nice. Work on it.

I installed this app and Trinidad and Tobago is not even there as an option to select where I'm from. This it total bullocks! Finally login in and I can't even see my account page or even bill history. The functions of this app was not well thought out or executed at all.

At the moment, if I could give zero rating I would. This app is not working. All I'm getting is a blue screen. I noticed someone mentioned the same thing about 3 weeks ago and no one from Flow responded. Please fix this as it's very inconvenient. I have un-installed and re-installed the app and the problem still exists.

Ok so I never seem to access the app anymore. Thought I was out of Megabytes so that's the reason I get a blank page everytime I open the app. Turns out that wasn't the case been trying to get through to customer service for 19 mins as I write this and guess what. NOTHING. SEEMS LIKE NOBODY WORKS FOR FLOW. it has been exactly 7 day since I've been trying to report the problem and guess what too? NOTHING! I also uninstalled the app and reinstalled so I dont know what's happening. The worst!

This app is currently one of the things that annoy me the most! Previously I was able to view my account, pay bills etc, bit for the past few months all I get is "loading" and having to find other means outside of the app to add plans, pat residential bills or see bill etc. What's the point of the app?? I did as customer service suggested and uninstalled TWICE! That fixed NOTHING

It's as expected. Have everything I was hoping to find in such an app. Quick access to my balance both data and credit. Wish there was a widget though. Sidenote: re the data usage when you've exceeded your MB in your data plan it would be nice if it would just stop connecting instead of going right into your credit. Lost 100s of dollars that way. This app is a waste of time and space because it didn't even pass the get started screen. Even the intro screen is a waste because the second slide doesn't accomplish any goal beside to annoy and waste time with another screen. Old Cable and Wireless with their foolishness in a new package that's all.
