Cant pair with bluetooth?? Try to reinstall app , reset bluetooth ,,,, no chance at all
works okay for the first 5 minutes then have to uninstall and redownload app to make it work again

I think this is a great concept, Bought one for my Grand daughter, thought it would work, downloaded the app, the Hello button works, it reads the stories, talks about its pictures, necklace lights up, but doesn't actually answer question. then when you push the arrow so that you can ask her a question you get "Failed to connect with speech server" I have downloaded the version 20 times, used both an iphone and Samsung, made sure the internet is fine, and I get nothing. what makes it worse is there seems to be no help out there, even if you google failures you get nothing. If anyone gets this failure and figures out a way around it please post.
This doll does not answer any questions just reads story. Wasted my $19.99 + tax
Very very upset! I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. Cannot get it to work at all. It's more like a speaker then anything that it's supposed to be. The app keeps crashing.

Cannot get the doll to answer questions. Read all reviews and tried everyones suggestions. Kind of makes the doll worthless since it was purchased based solely on the fact that my child could communicate with it!
This version is pathetic. It does not pair with the doll. Go for the UK version which works.
